"There's one...two...three...and four," the doctor said as he pointed at the screen.

"Four? They said we were having triplets," Kelsa said.

Rhiannon sighed. "Daddy!"

"Well someone must have been hiding," the doctor teased.

"The more the merrier," Kelsa chuckled looking at Tyler.

"What Rhi?" Nick asked.

Tyler smiled and hugged her.

Rhi hugged his leg. "I don't feel good."

Kelsa cried happily.

"What doesn't feel good?" Nick asked.

Rhi pointed at her mouth.

"You probably have a cold sore," Nick said.

Kelsa smiled. "Are you still going to change diapers?!" She teased.

"You guys are free to go. You'll need to schedule an appointment for next month," her doctor said.

Kelsa smiled. "Okay, thanks."
