"Becca is slacking at discipline." Ivan said.

"She's doing fine," she sais.

"Not if Skyler is getting into fights at school." Ivan said.

Skyler sighed.

"I'm not even sure that's what happened and it ught not havr been her fault," she said.

Ivan sighed. "I would hope not."

"It was nobody's fault. I was playing tag with a friend and wasn't watching where I was going and ran into someone on the swings." Skyler said, lying.

Vik looked at Skyler with apologetic eyes. She then looked back at Ivan. The look in her eyes was gone. "See."

Skyler sunk back against the couch.
