"My due date is on my birthday." Kailyn said, starting to get nervous.

"Most babies aren't born on the due date. It's just a general idea." The technician said. "The baby is also breech. That could change though. We still want to monitor it though.

Kailyn bit her lip. "Okay." She said, looking at the technician.

Eric rubbed her hand.

Dimka looked at Kailyn.

Kailyn took a deep breath. "Can I go now?" She asked, already getting up before they wiped the gel off her stomach.

The technician sighed.

Eric frowned. "Kailyn, are you okay?"

Kailyn sighed, leaning into him. "Yeah, just nervous." She admitted. "I was born breech and it wasn't good on my mom at all. I don't want to go through that. I'm just scared." She said.

Eric kissed her head. "Its okay."

Kailyn sighed. "It's normal to be nervous and scared, right?"

"I would imagine," he said.

Dimka stood by her. "Yrs, its normal."

Kailyn looked at Dimka. "Was mom nervous?" She asked, still leaning into Eric. "She always acted like it was no big deal. Having kids was annual for her." She said. "And then she'd forget about her first born. I'm not gonna be that mom to my son." She said, sighing. "It's f****n' crap!" She yelled.
