"I don't have enough milk to support him. Prey is Scarce in my Village." She lashed. "The Twolegged Nohairs have over hunted and trapped every piece of prey they could find! Besides, I want him to grow up out here, where there's nature, and Beauty."

[Mist]

"Then why don't you stay here with him?" he asked. " I could hunt for you."

[WinterWanderer]

"You know that my Leader would come Looking for me!" The tabby meows. "Look, Nightglare, take your kit. He's your only son."

[Mist]

"I could protect you from him or her," Nightglare meowed before sighing softly. "But if this is what you want then I'll take him and hopefully a she-cat will be willing to nurse him."

[WinterWanderer]

"Thanks you." She meows. The small kit squealed, blinking is Lavender-blue eyes at his father.

[Mist]

"Come on little one," Nightglare meowed with a soft sigh. "We have quite a journey ahead of us."

[WinterWanderer]

The tabby ran away.
The small kit wobbled onto his legs.

[Mist]

The black and white tom picked up the kit and headed towards his home.
