Flow smiled, diving once more underwater, swimming down deeper and deeper until she could touch the sandy ocean floor. She looked up to the sky, where shimmering golden light shone through the water, illuminating the bare sand beneath her. It was beautiful. She took in a deep breath of admiration, and her lungs filled with salty sea water. She choked on it, coughing and trying to draw air into her lungs, but not being able to do so. In her flurry of panic and bubbles, she tried to swim to the surface but barely managed to get halfway before she blacked out.

Drake noticed she didn't come up. He got worried and dove down for her. His eyes widened when he saw that she had blacked out. He swam down and grabbed her before he swam back up and took a breath. He was scared to death now. He swam as fast as he could to the shore and he lied her down. He looked around in panic,"Help!" he yelled as loud as he could.

Flow struggled to breathe, but her lungs were still filled with salt water. All she could see was darkness, and she was frightened. Terrified, even. What was happening? Was she dead? What happened when angels died, anyway? Her throat was raw and burned terribly, and she distantly heard someone shouting for help. She recognised that voice from somewhere... She couldn't exactly place where, as her thoughts were scattered and confusing, but she knew that voice, somehow. Her eyelids fluttered slightly, and she continued trying to cough out the water clogging up her respiratory system.

Drake looked around in panic. He finally took action himself. He pumped on her chest and tried to get the water out. "Help!" he screamed for again. He didn't know what to do, and he didn't want to loose Flow.

Flow felt pressure on her chest, and managed to cough up the last of the water. She took in a large gulp of air, and breathed heavily, each breath burning her throat. She forced her eyes open and felt so weak that she nearly fainted, but she managed not to. She tried to pull herself into a sitting position, but her shaking arms were reluctant to do so, and so she continued to lie down.

Drake sighed in relief when she coughed up the last bit. He held her in his arms and said to her,"Don't try to move, I'll keep you safe." he told her and kissed her lightly.

Flow nodded, not wanting to speak. She focused on breathing, and slowly recovered from the shock. Although her throat still hurt, she managed to splutter, "I am never going swimming again." She tried a laugh, but it simply sounded like a dying animal. Possibly a crow with a sore throat.

Drake smiled at her and said,"Not without me." he said and slowly picked her up and started to walk,"We are going home so you can lie down on your bed." he said and walked her to the house. When he got there he opened the door and walked in. He looked around to make sure if Amy was there.

Flow watched as Amy walked into the room, who was outraged when she saw Drake holding Flow in his arms. Amy struggled to quell her temper. "What did you do?" she asked Drake in an angry whisper. Flow shook her head.
"He didn't do anything," she insisted. Amy looked skeptic, but let it go.
"You know what, I don't want to know," she said, and left the room. Flow relaxed once Amy had gone.

Drake smiled and said,"It's funny how I just walk in and she suspects that I did something." he said and carried her to her room. He lied her down on her bed before he asked her,"Do you need anything?"
