Pandora
An icy chill began to set in as Pandora climbed into the cave. She sat next to the dark grey male, staring out the exit and wishing it wasn't so cold.

A presence appeared next to him. Out of the corner of his eyes, Ayren saw that Pandora settled down next to him.
The cave wasn't all to big and all those dragons being ear him made him nervous.
He tried to ignore that though.

The silence was deafening. Horrible and stressing. It pulled on Ayrens nerves.
The atmosphere was to uncomfortable. He needed to break it.

"S-so...uhmm...I heard your name's Pandora. I-I'm Ayren..."

He hoped him talking to her so suddenly didn't come off as awkward.

{Kalei

Kalei squirmed to get comfy. She sighed, got up and fetched some grass, and brought enough in to make a nest of sorts. She began to nod off, but kept a level of consciousness.

Pandora
I smile, and this time it's very real. "It's nice to meet you. So... what do you make of all this?"

[Wolfswelpe]

Ayren was surprised by her reaction, but happy nonetheless.
He smiled back shyly.
"S-same here. Nice to meet y-you as well."

Ayren made a pause, to think about his next answer.
"W-well...to be honest..I-I don't know what to think. It's all s-so mysterious and we don't know anything at all.
How did we get here? Why are we here? Who did this? I have to say...I'm scared, very scared to be honest..."
Another pause.
"Everything's so confusing...b-but what about you? A-are you well? What is your opinion on this?"

Ayren noticed that he didn't stutter anymore. That was good. He was comfortable talking with her. She seemed like someone he could trust.

[tacocat.]

Pandora
I notice his nervousness seems to have stopped and that brings a kind smile to my face. "I have no idea what to do about this. They... they expect us to kill? Some of these people seem so good, and if I lay a finger on them, I would never feel the same. Ever." Silence. "I don't like any of this." I pause and lower my voice. "That Calais... I don't know about her. She... she's a threat. I think she wants to ditch us, which would be fine with me, but... I don't know. She's too much... too..." I struggle to find the words I need but I can't. My head shakes and I look at my paws, frustrated. "I have no idea how to handle any of this."

[jayus]

{Kalei

Kalei snapped awake. It was too quiet. She heard voices at the back of the cave, and promptly walked back there and plopped down. "We'll all handle it in our own way, and we can help each other. And no, I wasn't eavesdropping."

[Wolfswelpe]

Ayren took all her words in. He could just agree.
He opened his jaw, but no words came out.
This all was...frustrating, illogical and cruel.

He wanted to comfort her, but he didn't know how. He wasn't good at interacting nor was he used to it, so he was at a loss.
Finally he began to speak up again.
"I...I feel you. This is just cruel. How can they expect us to do this? That's just stupid. I'm sure there are creatures that are entertained at our expense."
He was getting angry. That was rare. An emotion he almost never felt.
Ayren cooled down. He let out a deep sigh.
"I don't know how to handle this as well...and the thing with Calais...I'm not sure how to think about her either. What if she decides that we are useless and a problem to her? I'm sure she'd try to get rid of us."
A pause again.
"We should be on the watch...I think there is no other way than to be cautious and wait to see what that voice tells us next..."
He felt useless...he was sure he wasn't of any help.

She probably had beloved ones at home hat she missed...and he couldn't help.
It made him feel worthless...just like always.

Pandora
My head nods rhythmically in agreement with both of their words. I find them comforting, and the idea that someone shares my rage is like water over a fire. It extinguishes the flames. "I wonder if there is even the smallest legitimate meaning to any of this," I sigh, calmed down. "If there isn't, then this whole thing is pointless."
