(Ooh I just had an Idea horrible but no one dies ok so what if Jackson was at school and Nathan was at Abby's lab Jason stayed at home while he was sick. Now Eli doesn't really like him thinking he got ziva pregnant with both kids. Eli tries to kill him by setting the house on fire, Jason doesn't die but he gets burnt severely ziva gets furious with her farther and banned him from ever seeing them again but then he ends up kidnapping Janai making it a "game" for them..this can happen later but I just read a book and got an idea from it)

"I think she will once she sees that you have really changed and aren't playing around with her emtions again. Yes, her mother and her went out at least once every two weeks. She and her father had a lot more time together since he would pick her and Jackson up from school and head on home with them," Tony said with a smile.
