"You won't last a day in prison. They are going to eat you up and spit you out, people like you who don't care about others are the first to get seriously injured or killed the first day in just for being the new meat," Tony said standing up and walking out.

Ziva drives home to get her packed up.

"And who are you her farther?"" She snapped not really wanting to go to prison..not wanting to go where her mother and farther was

Janai looks at ziva "mom..what happens when Sophie goes to jail..she says her abusive parents are in there"

"I don't know. Well she won't be in the same area as them anyways. The teens and younger are kept in a different building," Ziva said.

"Her uncle. No one here is going to take pity on you the way you tormented her. To us she is family and you just threatened her so we will make you pay. The teens are going to rip you apart, in fact I will personally let them know why you are in there," Tony said walking out of the rooms as each of them talk to the other girls as they explain that Sophie had finally stopped picking on them when Janai came so they joined in to keep from being picked on again.

Sophie sighs "well at least the other girls won't abandon me"

Annabelle looks at tony "we never teased her only Sophie she made us do it..we liked janai" she said simply

Janai nodded "ok" she spoke softly "what about the other girls.?"

"She really thinks that the other girls like her," Jenny said watching her and looking at Tony on the tv from the viewing room as it showed him in the other room.

"You will be charged as an accessory which means you will get a much lesser sentence than she will," Tony said explaining.

Gibbs looks at Jenny "well seeing as the other girls really had nothing to do with them.." He sighs "I don't know what do you think about Annabelle and the other girls they all said Sophie made them.."

"I think we need to get evidence from the security footage and see what we can find," Jenny said.

"Don't worry by law I have to charge you but I would say a year on probation is all you will get as long as you aren't lying to save yourself from going to prison," Tony said.

Gibbs grabbed the tapes "you mean theses..but the one thing that concerned me is why her teacher didn't do anything?"
