Luke smiled. He kissed her cheek.

Kris kissed him gently.

Luke kissed her back softly.

She smiled and stood. "I'm gonna go ask J what he wants for dinner."

Luke looked up at her and nodded. "Okay." He offered her a small smile, an occurrence that had become rare since Sarah had left.

Kris walked up to Jamie. "Hey. We're ordering dinner tonight, what do you want?" Jamie suggested Mexican

Luke waited patiently on the couch.

Kris walked back down and Jamie followed. "Hey Dad."

Luke lifted his head. "Hey J."

Jamie walked into the kitchen and grabbed a soda. He was hut just as hard as his parents by this. Probably harder. It hurt to watch his parents fall apart and not have anyone there to talk to. Sarah had been what kept him together when theur parents split, but now... he didn't have anyone to turn to.
