Cecilie felt Jack's opposition and sighed. "Please Dr. Jones, is there anything we can do besides medicines and therapy? We wouldn't be comfortable with either of those."

Dr. Jones thought for a moment. "Well," he began slowly, "he needs to have an outlet. Somewhere to let out all of his anxiety and fears about the past. He could keep a journal or run; do something to get his mind off of things."

Jack looked at Dr. Jones. "That'll help?"

Dr. Jones nodded. "Not as well as therapy or medication, but yes, it could help."

Dr. Jones nodded. "And you're sure that you'd rather not have medication or therapy? It really does help, you know."

Dr. Jones nodded again. "Good. Thank you for considering the alternative options." He clicked his pen a few times, then looked to them again. "Is there anything else you'd like to get off your chests?"

Dr. Jones nodded. "Alright. I believe that ends our session today."
