Kris walked in, one hand leading JJ and the other on her belly.

Cecilie's eyes lit up as soon as she saw her best friend and her son. "JJ! Kristyna!" she exclaimed happily. She held her arms out for JJ. "Come here, baby! I missed you so much!"

The boy ran to her and crawles up onto the bed to hug her. "I missed you too Mommy," he whimpered.

Kris smiled. "Hey guys."

As soon as he was far enough up onto the bed, Cecilie pulled him into her and hugged him close. She stroked his hair gently and pressed her lips to his head. "I haven't seen you for a while, baby." She quickly blinked away her tears as she was overcome by emotion. If things had turned out differently while lost, she might not have been there to see her son again, so this was something to be extremely thankful for; that's what brought the tears to her eyes. She smiled at Kris gently, still hugging her son.

JJ dug his face into her. "I know, Mommy. I missed you."

"I missed you so much." Cecilie held him close to her and squeezed her eyes closed. She had her family, and that was all that mattered.

JJ stayed close to his mother. "Next time you and Daddy go bye bye I wanna come."

"Don't worry, baby," Cecilie murmured softly, rubbing his back. "I don't think we'll be going anywhere for a while." She glanced at Jack, then directed her attention towards JJ again.

JJ nodded and hugged her tightly.

Cecilie kissed his head again. "I love you, baby."
