Cecilie had already changed into her suit and was making her way downstairs with JJ when she passed Jack. She smiled and pecked his cheek as she passed, then continued walking.

Luke smiled and nodded. "I guess that's true, huh."

Jack stopped to let her kiss his cheek, and then continued.

Kris nodded slowly and sleepily. Just relaxing with him always put her to sleep. There'd had never been a time when she'd laid with him and stayed awake.

Once they were downstairs, Cecilie gently set JJ on his feet. "Are you ready to swim?" She smiled down at her son.

Luke smiled and watched her with soft eyes. He gathered her hair to one side, then leaned over and kissed her cheek gently. "Go to sleep," he whispered, shifting to hold her again. He loved it when she fell asleep in his arms.

"Oui, Mama!" he said.

Kris nodded again, but it was hardly noticeable. She fell asleep quickly.

Cecilie smiled in delight. "Look at you, you little French man!" she said happily, bending down and scooping him up again. She kissed his cheek.

Luke held her in his arms. After a few minutes, he drifted to sleep as well.

JJ chuckled, and hugged her neck. "I love you, Mama."

Cecilie smiled and hugged him close. "I love you, mon bébé," she replied.

JJ grinned, laying his little head on her shoulder.

Jack came down, and kissed Cecilie's cheek and JJ's head.

Cecilie smiled and played with JJ's hair. She looked up as Jack came down and kissed her cheek. "Salut [Hi]," she greeted happily. "Is everyone getting ready?"
