Luke blushed again. "Thanks." He slipped on his shoes and nodded. "Definitely. Let's head out."

She laughed and kissed his cheek again, and walked with Luke and her grandma to the car.

Alanna smiled. Kris seemed happy and she liked that.

Luke walked with them, smiling. He opened the shotgun door for Alanna with one hand while cradling Sarah in the other. Then he looked to Kris. "Do you want to drive while I sit with mini-mite in the back, or vise versa?"

She smiled. "You can drive there and I'll drive back, okay?" she asked and smiled. Alanna had gotten in the car already.

Luke smiled. "Sounds good. Could you hold Sarah for me?"

She nodded, and took Sarah. "Hey baby!"

Luke smiled and climbed into the driver's seat.

Kris put Sarah in, and sat next to her. Sarah laughed, looking at her.

Luke drove to the restaurant. When they got there, he found a parking spot and parked the car.
