Jack put her head in her shoulder. "I love you so much. I could never do this without you."

Cecilie pressed her lips to his head. "I love you too. And part of being in a relationship is taking care of each other. I'm just doing my part." She kissed his hair, holding him close.

"You know," he murmured and wiped his eyes. "I haven't been able to do much since I got back and I'be felt like I can't do enough for you like I could before," he said. "But you always make me feel better.'

Cecilie shook her head. "Just having you here is more than enough." She sighed slowly. "Everyday, I was afraid that I wouldn't ever get to see you again. Hold you. Kiss you. Tell you that I love you. But here you are, and everything is okay. You don't need to do anything until you get better."

He kissed her. "I'm better now," he promised.

Cecilie looked into his eyes. "Are you sure?"

"Well... the dreams might come back, but physically, Im fine."

Cecilie nodded a bit. "Do you wanna sleep then, or would you rather stay up?"

Jack shrugged. "I don't know," he said. "Let's just lay down for now," he said.
