Jack had JJ on his hip, the little boy's head on his shoulder as he talked to him. "I'll show your picture to all my friends so they know how lucky I am. And I'll think about you all the time, and I'll write," he murmured. JJ sighed. "But I can't read yet, Daddy." Jack kissed his head. "Mommy can read it to you," he murmured and looked at Cecilie.

Not many understand the comfort I get when I walk into a bookstore and take a deep breath as I look around. I feel at home; I feel welcome. I don't have to purchase anything. Being surrounded by books fills me with a sense of security.
