Not many understand the comfort I get when I walk into a bookstore and take a deep breath as I look around. I feel at home; I feel welcome. I don't have to purchase anything. Being surrounded by books fills me with a sense of security.

Anna stayed close to Myles's side. Ever since she'd had cancer, she was deathly afraid of hospitals, the med room, anything pointing like a needle, and doctors.

"She has been talking all day now!" Chloe said. "Wait until yours are talking, Mark." She teased.
"I don't like being here." Anna said. She had only been in a hospital once prior to everything, and that was when Reagan was born. She had been too distracted by the idea of her baby sister to realize she was in a hospital.
