Maria laughed. "Whatever," she said, playfully shoving him.
Trinity wiggled out of his arms and ran to Maria. "Mommy!" she said, and giggled as Maria picked her up.
"Ugh, you're getting big! Look, baby. This is Uncle Jackson. He's an old friend of Mommy's and Aunt Chloe's. He's her brother," she said.
Trinity looked at him. She was a bit shy, so she stayed by Maria, and waved.

Not many understand the comfort I get when I walk into a bookstore and take a deep breath as I look around. I feel at home; I feel welcome. I don't have to purchase anything. Being surrounded by books fills me with a sense of security.
