Hey there!

I'm Pirate (or Pie/Pi. Whatever you can think of to turn Pirate into. Or Bane. Or Batman...I'll stop!)
Anywho, I am a literate role player, however, I play by different rules. When it comes to writing, I believe that as long as the content is imaginative and the best it can be, then length doesn't matter. Now I'm not saying "hey, let's constantly post one liners!" I'm just saying that in order for both parties to enjoy themselves and to also carry out an artistic and creative piece of literature, there should be no creative restraint. Writing, in my opinion, is an art form and should be treated as such, with as little constraints as possible.

I like role playing with people who I can get along with in OOC as well. I like feeling chemistry with my partners (wow...this sounds like an online dating app, doesn't it?). Having someone who I get along with well lets me feel like I can write freely and without criticism. Also, I really really really REALLY hate text talk, even OOC. I don't even text in text talk, unless it's a joke. So if you enjoy text talk, no offense but I'd rather not talk to you. It gives others an air of immaturity to me. Punctuation and grammer are also some priorities for me. Spelling too, although I do understand that misspellings happen. I know humans aren't flawless and the machines they type on also have minds of their own.

Just a little about my situation: I am on EST, I have school/work/friends/boyfriend/family consuming 90% of my life which means that I most likely will not be on every day (particularly Saturdays and Mondays), I am in high school, and I am a girl. I would appreciate a partner who understands that role playing is not my first priority, nor my second or my third, but I do enjoy it and try to do it when I can. If I don't reply for a few days, don't freak out. I will respond when I can. I like to have time to make posts the best they can be and worthy of adding to our story. Also, character depth is important to me. I enjoy making up realistic people. That means they're all different and have very individual personalities (usually based on aspects of my own). No two charries are alike and should never be treated that way. So I don't enjoy common schemas, like cry baby girl who can't take care of herself and bad boy who breaks all the ladies' hearts and is too cool for school. Unless these characters have more depth, they are of no interest to me.

I am most interested in fxf and playing the female in the marines, army, or air force. However, I will switch sides if you feel more comfortable that way. May possibly consider doing mxm with the same plot. While I like a little bit of romance I do prefer a mostly action plot that slowly incorporates a romantic relationship. Some of my plots include POW, deployment, PTSD, and combat so if interested please message me and we can work something out.

xX I like to write between 300 and 500 words per post but I will match my partner's posts even up to 1,000 words or more.
xX As long as you have decent content and I am not constantly weary that I might accidentally be roleplaying with a nine-year-old I do not much mind if posts are much shorter. They feed the muse and tend to go quicker.
xX I usually don't pretty up my posts much but if you prefer it that way I can easily accommodate you.
xX I will usually request to RP through emails or on another site and would prefer if you were not under 18 years of age. much like everyone else here, i'm looking for a one-x-one roleplayer but i prefer to roleplay with those who are semi-literate to literate.
and i mean it.
i don't have a huge amount of patience so people sending me requests who aren't semi-literate+ kind of tries my already low patience.
just putting that forward now.

a bit about me to get us started.

• i'm very picky about my roleplays at the moment... if i don't reply, then i'm just not feeling it.
in most cases, if i haven't replied in a week, i'm not going to unless i mention otherwise. sorry.
• i try to post as fast as possible but college is hounding me and giving me a lot of work to do so that could also be a reason why i don't reply too fast.
• when i post, the amount i write varies on what you post before me but you can expect around two paragraphs to three in size eighty-five or ninety.
• i prefer using minimal forms or no forms at all.
• i live in england so i go by gmt time.
• my grammar's relatively good but everyone has their bad days.
• i hate posting pathetic, one paragraph posts so sometimes i take time to reply so that i can write more.
• my descriptive skills are average but it depends on the day - sometimes i can go ott or i can be terrible at it.
• roleplays' with action are a must for me.
no 'if's or 'but's.
• i prefer playing males but i can play either.
• i only roleplay through forums.

here's some ground rules.

• please be semi-literate/literate... i can't stress this enough.
• at least two decent sized paragraphs per post... please.
• try and use proper grammar.
i understand mistakes since i make them a lot myself but try and keep it to a minimum.
• be patient - sometimes my muse abandons me and it takes some time for it to return.
• try and reply within a day.
of course if you're going away or won't be able to reply and tell me, i can wait...
but it sort of annoys me to see you're online and you're not replying.
i won't pester you since i hate it when others do that to me.
i just trust you to reply within your own time.
• if you want to leave the roleplay, please tell me.
i hate waiting as it is let alone waiting for something that isn't going to happen.

well hello there beautiful ; i'm brooke , as you can tell , or if you'd like you could call me b for short . but , we aren't here to discuss nicknames . or at least , i would hope not . anywho , i'd like to speak of what i can do , and am willing to do . first off , i can write roughly around maybe fifteen lines , which i would say is two well sized paragraphs . i do use ' proper grammar ' when roleplaying , since some do not fancy this style of typing . but there is nothing more on my half that i would like to state , other than what i would prefer to roleplay . i enjoy to play as animals of all kinds , excluding horses and animals with powers . i mostly enjoy roleplaying as the canine breeds when it comes to animals . then , i will do any kind of human , excluding pregnancy and slave and master . also , i may do les and bi , but i probably won't do m x m since i myself am not the best at roleplaying males . then there is one roleplay i am very interested in . little red riding hood x wolf . i will gladly play the wolf , though if my partner wants to , then they may . i am also interested in dark , the fan fiction . i will roleplay either of those parts as well .

I'm on most of the time, before school a lot which is really early since I have zero hour, and after school unless its Friday which I won't be on until five. But I'm on a lot because my life consist mostly of video games and chicken smoothie. The only reason I wouldn't be on a day would be like an emergency or school. 'sup i'm incognito, you can call me cogs, inky, or nito if you'd like. i'm a high semi literate to literate who averages between 500 to 700 words per post, more or less depending on why my partner prefers. i run by eastern standard time however i do go to school and i work monday through thursdays. on those days i'm usually not on until 6 but i stay on until past midnight usually. on weekends i'm on and of throughout the day. depending on the length of the posts i can make between 2 and 3 posts per week. i'm okay with coding and, if you'd prefer, i will make my posts "pretty". i am more concerned with the quality of your writing over the way your posts look however, so if you would rather not format that's fine by me. i'm a bit picky when it comes to partners and i require you meet a few specific standards. i'd like for you to be at least mid-semi literate, obviously proper spelling and grammar is a must, and it would be great if you'd be willing to build up the plot with me. you need to be okay with my style of writing, and though i enjoy playing males, i'd like to play the female once in a while. i get a bit sick of straight romance sometime so if you're comfortable doing m x m or f x f pairings that would be fantastic. i'm very flexible when it comes to plots and genres and am interested in a wide variety of things. i love romance as much as the next writer however it's not detrimental that we include it and i'm fine if we don't. i enjoy doing well thought out plots, any kind of pairing, or characters based of songs, and am always willing to do fandom based roleplays, oc's or canon characters. i'd really love to do a semi lit+ deanxcas roleplay or a roleplay where the characters are based of characters from various mythologies (roman, greek, norse, you name it) currently, any kind of plot is fine.
