      { Alright! c: She and Mihi will definitely be interesting rivals, seeing they're both spoiled and have interesting personalities. I thought some more about their rivalry though, and I've decided that Mihi will somewhat envy Kari, mainly because she grew up with her father. Another reason has to do with Minako's weak heart condition, which'll have restrained her from doing much as a child.
      Anyways, shall we start? cx Do you want to do the first post, or shall I? }

      { That's perfectly fine with me. cx It may not be my best work though, considering that the quality of my posts decrease just slightly at nighttime. For now, I'll only post for Hikiro though, and then I'll do one for Mihi as well in my next post, or at least the one after that. }

    Image
      Hikiro was standing in front of the rather large TV in the dorm's living room, a frown on his face. Every now and then, he'd lean over and mess with the controls, though to no avail, it did nothing. How long had it been like this? A couple minutes? Half an hour? Well, he wasn't exactly keeping track of time, but it felt as if he had been trying to fix the damn object for an eternity.

      Now, if only someone could explain to him why exactly his four-eyed friend wasn't even lifting a hand to help.

      "Well, I can easily say that the thing's broken," he concluded, though it had been obvious from the start. All the thing was good for at the time apparently was giving off a small static noise, and being blank. Maybe Yata would at least find some entertainment in the white screen, considering his close friend could sometimes be rather bland. Probably, if he gave him enough time, he could find the smallest spec of black through the white and point it out.

      Oh, how exciting that would be. Afterwards, they could go and try to find every leftover piece of dust in their dorm.

      With a defeated sigh, he shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans, and went over to sit down on the couch. Leaning his head back to look up at the white ceiling of the dormitory room, he added, "Got any ideas on how to fix it?"

Yata

Yata sighed quietly, circling another word before flipping to the next page. He was waiting while Hikiro was messing with their broken TV, and so he decided to pass the time with his book of word find puzzles. They weren't hard, word finds never are, but it does get frustrating when he had already finished three puzzles and the television still wasn't working. Maybe he should switch to his book of Sudoku puzzles.
Yata glanced over at his friend, who had just plopped down on the couch next to him, before focusing back on his book. He decided not to switch puzzle books, the other on was on the coffee table and he'd have to get up if he wanted to reach it. "I believe the best option is to buy a new one." He replied, lowering the book to look at the TV. "Besides, I bet you made it worse by messing with it."

      "That'll take a few days," Hiro said in complaint, not wanting to have to get a whole new replacement for their current TV. It had been working earlier in the day, so why wasn't it working now? Really, of all the unlucky things that could happen in this world...

      Letting his gaze fall back down to the TV, he sat up, resting an elbow on one of his thighs before placing his chin in his palm as he mentioned, "And at least it isn't being as loud as it was earlier." It was true, the static it was making wasn't as bad as it had been before, though that still didn't make the whole situation much better.

      Of course, right as he mentioned this though, the TV just had to start growing louder.

      Rubbing the back of his head with one hand, his eyes stayed locked on the TV, which wasn't only starting to get louder, but also brighter. "Alright, maybe that is the best opti-" Before he had any time to finish his sentence, BLAM, a blinding white light filled the room, sneaking in every crack and paving in every corner.

      Oh jeez, was he going blind now?

    Image

      Standing with one hand on her hip was a young blonde girl, clad in a red dress- a clothing choice people in her world would find fit for the seventeen year old royal, while her rival would cringe in disgust at. The corners of her lips were pulled downwards slightly, making out a frown on her face. Adorning her head was a small crown, embellished with diamonds, though it tilted off to the right side of her head as her hair cascaded around her shoulders.

      "Minako, you have a meeting at three..." the royal advisor spoke, approaching the unsatisfied Mihi, who stood before the throne, where two parents should've stood side by side. Alas though, the only thing left of them was the milky blonde girl, who shared a resemblance with her mother.

      Wishing all of her duties would disappear as she let out a bored sigh, her gaze fell off to the side. Though, it seemed her wish was granted as a blinding flash of white surrounded her. It went unnoticed to Mihi, seeing she closed her eyes to speak.

      "What a bore..." she said, before opening her eyes and blinking. Instead of seeing the all too familiar face of her familiar, she couldn't see anything as her eyes adjusted to the dim light in some strange room. However, it was possible to make out two figures. But, who were they?

      And... why weren't they bowing down in her presence?

Yata

Yata had sighed once more, going back to his word find puzzles. He had wanted to tell Hiro to stop complaining, but what was the point? He was complaining over the television, which was still not working; telling him to stop would just be a waste of time.
Just as Hiro was staying that the TV wasn't as loud as it had been, it started to grow louder. "Just turn it off." He groaned, suddenly feeling his headache, which had gone down with the volume of the television, return much worse. He was about to turn it off himself when a bright light filled the room and he quickly closed his eyes.

Kari

Kari turned her head away from her frantic father, her cheeks puffed out as she pouted. "Come on! The town ball will be fun, Kari!" He sounded as if he was begging her to listen to him, but she had just scoffed at his response. "A king should not be playing around in silly balls, father. I should be out there training with our men, not sipping wine and chatting about silly town gossip." She said as though she was scolding him, but her father had just chuckled and put his hand on her shoulder. "At least the wine won't stain your clothes." He had replied back good-naturedly.
It was true, Kari was wearing dark gray trousers and a black shirt, typical light training clothes for the guards, underneath her robe. Of course there was a chance that she could dirty up her favorite robe, maybe even someone mess up that crown that sat atop her head, but her father was sure she'd be careful, especially since he pointed it out. "I wouldn't spill the wine, regardless of what I'm wearing!" She huffed as they stopped outside the doors to the public ballroom.
Once the doors had happened, an unusually bright flash had burst out of the room and seemingly enveloped her in a solid white. When she was able to open her eyes again, she was in an unfamiliar room standing in front of two men. With a quick glance around the room, Kari instantly recognized her life long rival. "Hey, what are you doing here!" She demanded, before pointing towards the boys. "And who are they?"

    { For posts that I want to mix in both Hiro and Mihi, I won't be putting their names above. Just a heads up. c: Their dialogue will be separate with colors though. }

      Mihi blinked a few times to get her eyes adjusted to the room, before she heard an awfully familiar voice demanding for answers. After giving the place she was in a glance, she turned on her heels to face the brown haired girl standing near her, who was taller than her, despite her older age. The first thing that stood out with her- despite the tomboyish clothes she wore -was the robe, and a crown, like the one she wore on her head.

      And, though she wasn't too sure where she had met or seen this person before, even if she did know there name... She felt rather disgruntled at her presence. Then, there was a strange feeling filling her stomach and her mind, as colorfully stained memories started to melt away, and were replaced by... confusion, was it? Helplessness?

      As the milky blonde girl faced her rival, Hiro was rubbing slightly at his eyes. Despite his temporary blindness, he could hear voices... though there were two, and neither one of them belonged to Yata. Had the TV started to work again?
      Opening his eyes, he squinted them slightly, soon able to focus on two females in the room. And, despite his flirty nature, he was only dumbfounded by this. How in the world did they get in here? Who even were they?
      And were they wearing crowns on their heads?

      "Yata... You might want to take a look at this."

      Keeping one hand on her hip, Mihi frowned up at Kari, before looking over at the two men, then back again. "Just because I'm royalty doesn't mean I know everything!" she retorted with a 'hmph', closing her eyes in satisfaction as she crossed her arms and turned to face Yata and Hiro once again.

      After some hesitation, she had to admit that what her brown-haired rival had said were actually two good questions. Where was she? And who were the two men standing before them- who had the guts not to bow down?

      Pointing at the two, as if she had every single right in the world to be standing right in their dorm- which she did -she spoke, "You two- who are you guys?"

((I hope you don't mind me trying that out too; I've never done something like that before.))

Yata had taken off his glasses and was gently rubbing his eyes, the pounding headache throbbing more and more as the girls spoke. Huh, seems like the TV had gotten fixed. After blinking a few times, Yata placed his glasses back on this face. There were two girls, one with a frilly dress, one with a robe, and both with crowns. "Uh..." He looked over at Hiro, then back at the girls, than Hiro once again. His friend looked just as shocked as he felt, and the girls looked as confused as him and Hiro. He glanced once more at his friend; that guy was great with chatting up the ladies, hopefully he'll figure out the situation.

Kari scoffed as Mihi tried to take control of the situation. "You call yourself royalty, and yet you do not demand that they show proper respect before allowing them to answer one of your questions. What a sorry excuse for a noble you are, Minako." She sneered, stressing the syllables of her rival's name. Kari wasn't sure why she remembered nothing other than her, and her rival's, name, her status, and her pet peeves when dealing with those of lower status, but she had no intention to find out at the moment. Why? Because it was obvious these men had kidnapped them!

Yata gently elbowed Hiro in the side. "Hey, do something." He said under his breath. Who ever these women were, they did not like each other one bit. "You're a ladies man, you should know what to do." While that fact was completely illogical, it gave him an excuse not to be involved, at least until they figured out who these girls are and how they got here.

    { I don't mind. c: It's usually easier when roleplaying two characters together, anyways. }

      Hiro was silent when Yata elbowed him, silently listening to the two. Glancing over at his four eyed friend, he put his hands up in the air as if he was being arrested. "Just because I'm a ladies man doesn't mean I know how to deal with two women that randomly appear out of no where," he mumbled, seeing as the two were too caught up in fighting to pay much attention to them. There was no way he was going to let Yata give him the responsibility to figure out who they were alone. "You're the one who's better at finding the solution to situations like this..."

      Soon, the blonde haired teenager returned his gaze onto the two flinging insults back and forth. Mihi, at the sound of her real name, had a frown remaining on her face, mostly at the presence of her rival and the use of her name. "Says the one who instantly depended on someone else to answer all her questions upon seeing two strangers," she ridiculed, tilting her head up slightly. No matter what was thrown at her, she would continue to hold her head high. "A noble should be able to fix things on their own before demanding respect. Of course, you must not know that, considering you don't even have complete rule yet. You're just a weak little princess who can't do anything on her own."

      Oh, how that would probably set her rival off. Even though she couldn't really remember much, she had a feeling that the brown haired royal standing in front of her wouldn't be fond of such names. And, it was true, seeing as Mihi had taken over rule of her kingdom at a young age, after the death of her parents.

      Before the two had time to say anything more, Hiro had let out a small sigh and put his hands on his knees, before standing up off of the couch. The two were actually a couple inches shorter than him, mostly the blonde, though he wasn't one to be intimidating. "Sorry to intrude on your little feud... but, mind explaining why you two are in our dorm?" Now, why would there be two girls appearing out of no where at an all boys school?

((Sorry for the slow replies, my little cousin is having his birthday party at my house.))

Yata sighed quietly when his friend refused to do something. Hiro, the guy who loved to sweet talk girls, was trying to make him, the guy who'd rather listen to a conversation than start one, solve the situation by speaking to these troublesome girls. With a small shake of his head, Yata just leaned back on the couch. They didn't seem like they were paying them any mind anyway.

Kari clenched her fists at the obvious insult. Princesses are to sit idly by while the king rules the kingdom, and she is no princess! She took a threatening step closer to her rival, ready to sock Mihi in her snotty little face, but one of the peasants stood before she could even spit out a retort. "How should we know why we're in this place!" She said, turning to Hiro. If the peasant was going to interrupt her, then he might as well be the one she takes her anger out on. Walking over to him, she hated how she had to look up to see his face, so she settled for glaring at his chest. "You should explain where we are and what happened to my memories." She jabbed him in the chest roughly.
