I shrugged. "Reading, writing, drawing, listening to music, adventuring- typical boring stuff." My face turned red at my own words, I probably seemed pretty lame and boring.

I barely heard the words asked, staring up at stars that were slowly becoming more visible. "Uhm... Oh, that's not boring, Clara! I like reading, writing, sketching, listening to music, and I love to explore the outdoors. I have a hamster named-" I stopped as I heard an owl calling out and spun around. I had never seen an owl before. Was it brown? Maybe this owl was a screech owl. What other creatures were there? Were there more owls?..
