Ivan rolled his eyes. "He needs to listen!"

"You don't need to grab him like that! You probably scared the life out of him and you're damn lucky it wasn't Scottie or Lena!" she said, holding Tucker protectively with one arm as she knelt and put the other arm around the twins.

"Quit yelling at me!" Ivan said.

Tucker looked up at Ivan as he clung to Vik.

Vik sighed. "I'm sorry," she said.

Lena dug her face into Vik. "Why is Daddy mad all the time?"

"I'm mad because your mom thinks I am okay with her babying this kid! She pays more attention to him than you." Ivan said to Lena.

Tucker looked at Ivan.

"No, she doesn't!" Lena cried. "She's a good Mommy to all three of us! Her hurting really really bad but she still makes us food and dances to make us laugh! She no gotta do that. And he not just some Kid, Daddy. He Tucker and he like my brofer," she said.

"Well he's not like my son. How am I suppose to like some kid who had told your mom he would hurt me because I was the reason they were in the car accident? He wants the same thing that happened to his mom to happen to me." Ivan said.

Lena sighed. "Well, I want the same that happened to Mommy to happen to the guy who did it to her," she said.

"So you don't care that Tucker wants me to die?" Ivan asked her.

Vik sighed. "Both of you, stop," she said. "C'mon, kids, it's naptime," she said, getting up, and putting them in bed.
