Lost at Sea ;3

[Trynaety]

Shawn looked at her. He wanted to resist, but her hand on his shoulder made him paralyzed to speak. He couldn't only nod, and slowly lay down. instantly, he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

~Destiny~
I go sit down by the fire, with my knees up to my chest, trying to forget everything. I don't remember falling asleep, but I must have, because I wake up and the fire is just about gone. I decide to get up and restart it, since it's still dark. It's just about going again, when I see a pair of glowing eyes right in front of me. I jump backwards, hearing a growl aswell. I narrowly miss landing in the fire, still half asleep, and crash into Shawn, who's still sleeping. At least, now I'm more awake. And the eyes are still there. Coming closer, this is no dream. I let out a squeal-like scream.

[Trynaety]

shawn woke suddenly and sat up. He saw the eyes and stood, making himself look better. He grabbed a stick, that was red hot on the end and waved it in the air. He yelled a little, scaring Eli awake. The eyes then backed off ut left a growl. Shawn dropped the stick and looked at Destiny. "You ok?" He asked, going towards her and holding out his hand to help her up.

~Destiny~
I take Shawn's hand to help me stand up, and just shake my head. It takes me a minute to really grasp the situation. Although, I'm not exactly sure what happened. "I think so" Is all I can really say. How long is it till morning? I'd feel a lot better in the daylight.

[Trynaety]

Shawn looked at the embers and decided that he couldnt sleep anymore. He dusted some dirt off her shirt and patted her shoulder. "That was close..." He said and looked at her. "This time, i'll stay up. you go no and sleep..." He said and looked at Eli ."You ok?" He asked, she nodded and looked around before falling back asleep.

~Destiny~
I nod and lay down, I don't think it'll be too easy for me to fall asleep, but I don't say anything. Soon enough I do fall asleep, though. Probably because the fire is very mesmerizing, watching it soothes you.

[Trynaety]

Shawn looked out and watched. He couldnt think about anything else, ut the safety of Destiny and Eli. He sighed and looked at the fire.
Morning came and Shawn was up, covering the fire with the sand. He looked at Destiny, sleeping soundly. something about that made him smile. He looked at Eli and smiled as well. He looked at the opening of the cave. The sun was comming up form the sea, and made the sky purple. It was beautiful

~Destiny~
I shift around in my sleep, and start to wake up. Somehow, after all that had happened, I slept pretty soundly. I sit up, rub my eyes a little, and look over to Shawn. "Good morning." I say with a sleepy smile. Somehow, even though we're in a cave, it's easy to forget the danger we're most likely in. I stand up and stretch.

[Trynaety]

Shawn smiled at her. He bowed a little. "Good morning me lady." He said and smiled. He looked outside and smiled at the sunrise. "Pretty huh?" He asked. He cracked his knuckles a little and grabbed the book. He looked at Eli and smiled. She better get sleep than be restless all day.

~Destiny~
I smile, nod, and look at the sky. "Yes, it is.It's strange that, so many days I'm up before the sun, yet I never really stopped to admire the sunrise." I look back to Shawn. I notice him grab the book, and look over to Eli. "If your going to read it, we need to make sure we don't wake Eli up." I frown slightly, remembering her first reaction to reading it. "She doesn't need to see it, it'll just scare her even more."
