I smiled and stood up. I walked over to Carter, "I'm sorry I called you back home early." I leaned on the doorway, "Can I do anything to make it up to you?"

Carter smiled, walking towards with a small wink "I would but I wouldn't forget about the baby.." he said but took her in his arms anyway and kissed her gently.
