William pushed Eric's hands away from his laptop, saying 'no' to Eric's question. He didn't need some fancy attendance checker. He turned to listen as Alan spun the tale, thinking. He asked, "Could you describe the attacker, and as many victims as you saw, please? Or perhaps you heard a name?"
