Spring sighed as night ented the dark encloser and gently moved so she fell off his back and floped down onto the ground.

Sneezy opened one eye to look at him. "Yeah. And that's why she's getting a heroes funeral, don't you know."

Night sighed laying down next to the sawbuck who curled up to sob, and sighed.

Fido closed his eyes as well. The constant rest was making him lethargic... As much as he loved curling up with Sneezy, he was missing the outside world a bit, too... He wondered if they'd be allowed out of here once Ash had recovered- she was looking much better than usual, he'd noticed.

"If Spring's not satisfied with the fact that her friend is getting a funeral fit for Groudon, then she'll never be satisfied with anything." Sneezy responded to Silver, yawning a bit.

The Aqua grunt flinched, trying not to throw up... The Pokémon that had been brought to the infirmary was almost beyond recognition... Arceus, there's so much blood!
The Totodile's flesh was hanging from it's bones in several places, and... were those it's... He paled even further, turning away. He couldn't face the internal organs of the Pokémon who'd just taken it's last breath. How it'd survived this long, he had no idea.
"What the hell did they do to it..." he whispered, trying not to shiver. The base was not a safe place to be right now... Not at all.

Richard gave a small sigh, almost expressionless as he went to take the dead Totodile off of the distraught person who had brought it in. He had seen so much already. This was a more extreme case, sure, but it didn't negate the fact that he had seen plenty of these terrible things, and that he was honestly becoming numb to them.
You had to be numb to these things when working in a place like this...You either numbed yourself to the sights, or you left.

"... How are you so calm?"
The Aqua grunt's eyes were closed, and he was taking in long shallow breaths to fight the nausea. This was... worse than he'd seen before. He should comfort the grieving grunt, he knew, but he didn't think he could even move over to the other man right now.
"Wh... what do you need me to do... Kaiba, Richard?"

Richard gave a small frown. "You get very used to seeing these things." He responded, turning and briskly walking to one of the back rooms, mostly to get the dead Totodile out of sight. The poor thing hadn't stood a chance...

Kaiba looked at the grunt. "Right now. We need to treat that Pokemon's owner. You know, for shock, and stuff. If you could lead him to a chair or something while master gets the necessary equipment? That'd be great."
