He gave the Luxray a pointed look for a couple of seconds, then looked away, preoccupied by his own thoughts. It was beginning to be clearer that Ashoka was having second thoughts about her plan. But if she dropped the idea, what would happen? Would everyone follow her, or would there be some that still wanted to go and fight?
And where would he fit in with all of this? Hmm...

Ahsoka sighed"what do you think?"she asked looking at him agian"about what the mareep said? would Dawn really miss me?"

Oh, this was a surprise. He hadn't expected her to open up, it wasn't something she usually did.
He blinked away the confused glance he'd shot her, and nodded. "Dawn is your Trainer; of course she'd miss you. Trainers and their Pokémon bond as family. She would be upset if you didn't return.
Aken may not have realised what we were trying to do, but many of his points were correct," the Jolteon reminded her.

Ahsoka frowned"shes been differnt ever since Shadow was killed"she murmed"the flygon was her first pokemon, she was very close but since then she's always been worryed about leting any of us fight"Ahsoka murmed sadly"i just want to help her, and i think that by bringing her news of Shadows killer's death might cheer her up."she admited.

The Jolteon dipped his head in agreement. "That could be true. But Coal is a powerful Pokémon. What do you think would happen if things went wrong, and a few of us made it back to base to tell everyone- including Dawn- about our trip, and subsequent death? The death of the bird may cheer her, but the death of her Pokémon would not.
Would she be willing to risk that, do you think?"

Ahsoka frowned"Star would freak"she murmed"iam all she has left, maybe this was a silly idear"she murmed.

Jewel meanwhile had wedge herself into a crack to get away from Coal who was clawing at the outside of the crack, knocking off a few rocks with each swipe.

(Jewel was the one playing in the Magma base, no? If so, I'm going to assume Magma's been alerted that Coal is in the area.)

"Possibly," the Jolteon hedged. "And if it was?"

Ash flinched, trying not to let the ringing alarms get to her. They were not for her to worry about; she was not Magma. And the threat was apparently outside the base, whatever it was.
"What's going on now?" the thief asked, curious as usual. She wondered if the Magmas would answer him.

(lol she went serching for tank outside so she near the base just outside, so i would asume yes)
Quill frowned"i wish i had Novas ears"she mutted anoyed.

Tankie almost went yeep(AKA almost had his wings fold to his sides in mid air due to shock) as the alarms started, turning to hover"Jewel? Jewel!"he shreaked reliseing she must of lost him.The pidgie turned and started to look for his friend shoting off down the coradores, if she got hurt becuse of this he wouldnt have to worry about not forgiveing himself, the rest of his team would probably make him feel worse."Jewel, where are you"he shreaked looking back and forth in worry.

Nova meanwhile, was on the floor wings trying to cover her ears and leting out shreaches of pain, due to not geting out of the base in time.

The pickpocket frowned. These bases really had to change their alarms- it didn't help their members to terrify them when they needed to be prepared for a threat. The Rogue girl was upset, and at least one Magma Pokémon would be the same, probably more. "I wonder why they don't make the sound more gentle," he mused.
Glancing at his comrades, he noted their uncomfortable shifting. They were both healthy enough, and the Trainer was Team-bred. They wanted to help, or at least know what was happening.
But I got us all locked up in here... Gods, I'm an idiot...

Tankie poked his head into the infurmary"Have you seen Jewel"he paused noticeing the rouges"a very young female absol run past here?"he asked"we where playing tag and i lost her and now the alarms..."he trailed off hopeing his voice didnt give away his panic, though he was pretty sure it was.
