The door opened slowly, and a very annoyed Houndoom trotted out, her forked tail lashing back and forth, much like a cat. "You think I really care about a Magma Pokemon that's too dumb to find it's way around our o-"
She stopped, red eyes narrowing as she sniffed the air. "He's not Magma..."

[Dragon Gal]

Frifth flinched back, ears flattening slightly. But the Pokémon could clearly tell that he was Rogue, so there was no point in denying it. Arceus, please don't let her kill me. "...No. I'm Rogue. My sister and I were led here by a Mareep, Aken, and then by a human nurse. We were headed to the infirmary, but my sister got lost..."
His voice trailed off as he glanced up at the terrifying dog Pokémon.

[Whistle.Concert]

"You're not in cahoots with that infernal Scolipede, are you." She responded, upper lip curling into a snarl as she thought about earlier events. "Because if you are..."
She winced as she was tugged back by the Sneasel pulling on the tether that tied their collars together. "Aspen, not now!"
The light grey Sneasel poked her head out from behind Grim's legs. "Sorry. We had a..Problem..Earlier.."

"No, I'm... not," Frifth said, eyes widening slightly as the Sneasel appeared. Aspen... He knew that name; he knew that Sneasel! He'd been close to the female's grandfather and his daughter. He remembered the ecstasy of the older female when she fell pregnant, and the absolute love Birch held for his granddaughter. He wondered how the old Sneasel was...
But he couldn't ask, and prayed that Aspen had been too young to remember him. Magma could not find out that he'd been ex-Aqua. But then... so had Aspen. How had she gotten here?

[Whistle.Concert]

Aspen gave a small smile. "You're not? Thank goodness. There's been a Scoilpede running around the base, and it hurt a Magma Pokemon. So we're um. A little bit weary of strangers right now."
Luckily, it seemed she had no recollection of the plusle.

"If I wouldn't get poisoned, I'd sink my teeth into it's throat." Grim responded with a growl, looking between the plusle and the Sneasel.

Maybe coming to see this Houndoom had been a bad idea... But at least he'd found someone he could talk to a little in Ebony, and someone he could trust a little easier in Aspen. She didn't seem to know who he was. Which was good, because she wouldn't get him killed, but also made him a little sad. He'd left before he'd had a chance to watch her grow up.
Maybe if he had a chance to talk to her on her own, he'd ask how her family was doing.

[Whistle.Concert]

"Besides, Grim. If we find his sister, she can't upset any electronics in the base." Aspen tugged on the tether again. "Not that I think she'd mean too? I mean, he seems pretty smart, I assume she'd be smart too.."
Grim snorted. "I liked Sneezy better. She actually let me have fun."
The tether was tugged harshly, making the Houndoom snarl. "Will you stop that!"

"She'd never try and upset the base," Frifth said quickly. She also wouldn't, since she was used to getting around the Aqua base, but why mention that? "But I'd be grateful if you'd help me find her. I'm worried about her..."

Ebony had frozen at the mention of a giant bug type,before shaking it off,doing her best not to panic"it not still around is it? "she asked her voice edged with fear a little"the scolipede I mean". She was starting to regret leaveing fighter in the training room,sure there was a houndoom here,fire types,but two would of been more handy.

"i guess this is where we part"scorpio wisped lookinh at spring,who nodded slowly,tears streaming down her face.Scorp smiled at her"hey,we will still see-"she paused before sniffing the air and putting her nose to the ground"that's not good"she murmed glanceing at spring,who looked at her in confusion,scorps eyes flashed worry"tell me are there any male scolipedes in this base?"scorp asked tail barbs quivering."no"spring murmered glanceing around"not that I know off."scorp sighed"i was afraid of that" she turned"scorp what are you doing,you can't go back,they will kill you!"Spring cried"i know,but I,"scorp paused,before looking at spring"i won't have anyone else die due to my kinds personality" and with that the giant bug type was off chaseing the sent of the other scoilpede. Spring paused for a bit trying to figure out what was more important,helping her friend or warning the base. She screwed her eyes up in sadness,warning the base came first. But she couldn't leave scorp to handle this alone,it just wasn't right! The small deerling took off after her bigger buggy friend.

(Ah, the Team Pokémon don't act too Team-like, do they? lol! That was a cute scene, Saph. And because the REST of our current Magma crew need something to do, time for a random NPC)

The grunt that had passed the Deerling and Scolipede in the corridor a few minutes ago now turned and moved on. The bug-type hadn't been Magma, that had been clear, so she'd paused hidden out of the way to listen. Something was about to happen, she could tell.
She moved onwards, headed to the Madame's office. She wondered if the base would go into lockdown again. That was never fun...
