The electrician nodded, agreeing with the Ninetales. Age didn't seem to be a barrier anymore. Tragedy struck everyone equally, and the young were no longer immune. It was depressing, really. But it was true.

[Whistle.Concert]

The male ninetales just watched her go, shaking his head. If wishing actually worked, then none of this would be happening.
He lay down, putting his head on his paws. "At least that's one less Pokemon in the infirmary. For now."

Lily sighed, starting to cry once she was outside of the infurmary, she had lost her mother and father when she was only one year old. she couldnt even remeber them.

The pickpocket woke, looking around blearily without moving, not wanting to draw attention to himself. He smiled slightly as he noted where his companions had set themselves up. Yes, trust had always been an issue for their group, but they protected each other.
Everyone seemed down, and he wondered if anything significant had happened while he'd been asleep. Better to rest and try to catch up.

The Ninetales snorted. "I don't care about her sob story, to be completely honest with you. We all have one. I'm sure everyone in this room has one. So really, telling me about how she's gone off to cry? What does that accomplish? It doesn't make me feel bad."

Quill narrowed her eyes, unfolding her wings, or trying to but they where still restranted, it seemed that the unphesent was geting agitated.

Maybe it should make you feel a little bad, Ashley thought, watching Justin's translation. She'd gotten sick of the Pokémon chatting around her and not being able to understand. The Rogues had occasionally translated for her, but the only natural speaker was asleep, and the other man was too busy trying to figure out how to talk to translate for her.
The Ninetales was right, they did all have a tragic story. Everybody did, nowadays. But still, you could be a little sorry for others, couldn't you?
She'd given up her Team, lost her family, but she could still spare some sympathy for the people and Pokémon around her who'd had it just as bad.
Maybe Ninetales' didn't think like that.

"I only speak the truth. I'm sure everyone in this room has a tragic event in their life. Many of them are young kids; younger than her, even."
He lifted his head, scanning the room. "Do not get mad at me for thinking this way. When you have been alive for over a hundred years, you get tired of hearing about these hardships."
