The grunt looked down at the unconscious bird. "Do you think they'll go easily? They're used to being top-dog around here. I doubt they'll give that up easily." He sighed. Maybe their problems hadn't gone away after all. "And we won't be able to stop them- we'll be in chaos until we find another leader." He swore softly. "The hell are we going to do?"

Frith hunched in his corner at voices nearby. He didn't recognise it; was it the Tyranitar that was meant to be helping him? Should he move from his spot to find out? Why had he let them come here!? Inle, where are you!?

[Whistle.Concert]

"Maybe now that the other members don't have to be scared of getting murdered for hurting Cosmo's Pokemon, they'll fight back.." Kaiba replied. "I mean. I know that was the reason I never attacked this jerk, though I wanted to many times..."
Her bit down on Coal's wing, as if to prove a point.

"Plusleee..." Knuckles called, looking up and down the halls. "Girl plusleee? Darn it...I always forget if Plusles and Minuns are actually siblings or not..."
He shook his head, mumbling to himself. "There's a chance she could be either...Ack.."

Spear, who had been cleaning her three eggs in the infurmary-she only had them as she had refused to obay without them- lifted her head as Kaiba's mental mesage reached her, and frowned wraping her wing around her eggs tighter. Welp at least now she didnt have to be a fighter anymore, she shived looking at her wing, thats all fighting got you, killed, and now she didnt have to worry about getting killed, she could return to being a scout and careing for her eggs. She smiled a little though no one could tell as her mouth was a beak. She returned to cleaning her eggs.

The Aqua grunt nodded. "Maybe." But Cosmo's Pokémon were strong. If they tried to take the base for themselves, at least until a new leader was appointed, 247 had no doubt that they would succeed. Still, perhaps the Team would come together in efforts to stop them. Yes, that could be good.

Spring looked at grim, scrambling over Scorp"then ill go and talk to her"she grumbled.

[Whistle.Concert]

Grim just watched her, eyes narrowed dangerously. "Don't expect her to get a free pass after this..."
She turned, grabbing Flare's scruff, and starting to drag the Arcanine into the infirmary.
Another casualty. That's just what they needed when a war was about to begin.

Kaiba sighed, finally managing to drag Coal into the infirmary. "Richard..We have a problem..."
The Lucario flicked his ears a bit as he got no reply. The Lucario dropped Coal's wing, before walking off, still on all fours, looking for his missing master.

Spring looked at her(it is her right?) "its not scorps falt she has poision point"she growled trying to limp towards the door, causeing scorp to sigh and move to help her.

Grim just snorted. "You'll be lucky if the madame doesn't order both of you made into hats. And possibly Flare as well. I don't know. Just don't expect that 'It's not HER fault' thing to go down well with Madame Nightshade!"

The Aqua electrician looked around, wondering where their doctor was, instantly on alert. If something had happened to Richard... oh, this was bad! Still. No need to panic yet. While the Lucario looked for his master, the grunt gathered up Coal and placed the bird gently onto one of the beds. He really didn't deserve such care, but if he woke, he wouldn't be able to contain the Pokémon. Best to be gentle and keep him awake.
"Richard?" he wondered aloud. He winced as Spear yelled. Damnit, he hadn't surveyed the room. He hadn't even known she was there! And he'd been planning to go Rogue!? If he couldn't even learn to canvas a room as he entered, how would he ever survive away from here?
"He'll be okay," he said quickly. "Kaiba will take care of him. He was hit by the Kyogre." He paused. May as well start spreading the news now. "Have you heard? Cosmo is dead."


The Rogues looked up as yet another injured Pokémon was brought into the infirmary. There really was no room for them here anymore, but the pickpocket was still down for the moment; unconscious and breathing in short shallow gasps. The Trainer and electrician shared a glance, shifted. But they didn't move from their positions- in front of and flanking the sleeping pickpocket. Sure, trust had always been a problem for their group, but they protected each other. Why stop now?

Spear nodded to him"i heard, at least now i can return to scouting insted of fighting"she looked down at the three eggs and rubbed her beak across them"at least now they will not hatch to a tirent."
