Chilli snorted. "My mother tried to eat me and my sister. And she killed our father." He responded, going to examine the lock on the food stores. "I really don't think you get the 'worst mother' award, there."

"You speak the truth." The Ninetales responded, smiling a little bit as well. "Maybe..Just a few boring days would work in our favour."

Inle stayed behind her brother, nose still twitching as she followed the human and the sceptile. Was this the right idea? Was this a trap? Were they heading straight into a gruesome demise?
It must of been better than staying at Aqua...

Alicia gave a small smile, having packed a backpack full of stuff that might be important. No clothes, that'd take up room.
Food. Lots and lots of food. She'd been stealing from the kitchens, as much as she possibly could. They would need food if they were going to leave...
The brown haired girl frowned, shoving a pokeball into the bag as well.
Her father had refused to come. So she had taken his Marowak's Pokeball. It'd be good for protection, right?

The Aqua grunt paced around his room. He knew that Richard had refused to come, but they needed protection! Some grunts knew some very basic field medicine, but not enough to hold them. Maybe he could convince Kaiba to come with them? The Lucario could clearly see the nature of this base. But if the healing Pokemon left, what of the rest of the base? There were a lot of bad people here, but there were still some who were good. Maybe he'd ask Kaiba for any spare supplies. Lessons, if the Lucario had the time. He would keep his people safe!

The electrician gave a tired smile, nodding to the fox Pokemon, and wondering if they would be allowed those boring days. Still, holing up in the Magma infirmary was a respite, albeit a nerve-wracking one. Threats could come from anyone here. But at least they weren't travelling. Yes, this was good, for now.

Frith shared the same sentiments as his sister, strongly suspecting a trap. Still, this could turn out beneficial. He hoped. Still, he'd be ready to run the instant something happened. He did not want to stay here for long.

"Self-pity is a horrible trait to have." Chilli snorted, deciding that the lock was still fine, before heading back to the kitchens. "Nothing's worse than a human or pokemon that wallows in how hard and unfair life is."

Kody looked back, before starting to run, deciding to at least warn a few of the other Magma members that they would be having aqua company.
Well, ex-aqua company.
The Sceptile made it to the doors in no time, and stood in the doorway, so they wouldn't close again. He needed to let the 'guests' in, after all.

Frith saw the speed for what it was- a warning that they were coming. But was that in effort to protect them, or to prepare the base for an attack? For Aqua, it had usually been the latter. Cosmo never had taken well to guests. Perhaps the Magma leader would be kinder?

"You want the bed?" Ashley smiled as the Rogue thief looked up at her in confusion. She'd been watching him; noticed that he'd gotten worse again, but was trying to hold it together enough for a conversation.
"What? No. You need it more than I do."
She laughed, though he sensed the sarcasm. "Such a gentlemen. Do you know how bad you look?"

In fact, he did, but he was determined to keep it together to talk to Hurry. And that vain hope in the back of his mind that Leon would come looking for his Pokemon.
Dammit...

[Whistle.Concert]

Hurry wiggled his legs a little bit again. "Maybe you should sit down in the corridor if you don't want to take the bed. I mean, just lean against the wall or something. I think that's fine."

Scorp sighed, he still didnt tell her the way out, she got up and started to head off, hopeing not to get more lost.

The pickpocket nodded to Hurry, moving to the side of the corridor and sitting down. He wouldn't lean against the wall, though. That was a sure-fire way to fall asleep. And that was not what he wanted right now. No, that definitely wasn't what he wanted at all...
He forced himself to look away from Hurry, so he didn't scare the little Pokemon with any odd looks he was probably giving at the moment.
