He noticed the Treecko do something, and the girl nodded before looking back up to the bird. "But we thank you for your- and your Teams- generosity."
The pickpocket rolled his eyes at the sucking up, but he stayed quiet. Right now, it was essential to his survival, just like flirting- with either gender, when it suited- often was.
Hmm, this was off. The Trainer paused, watching the Ninetales. It knew they were coming, but it wasn't even watching. What if they attacked? Was it faking the non-interest to throw them off guard?
"Misdreavous, go ahead. See if you can talk to it. We'll wait here. See if we can't get some food into this kid, eh?"
The electrician nodded, taking Roy back while the Trainer searched his pack for food supplies. He shook the boy gently, murmuring, "wake up kid."
