1x1 With Blue and Skyler (Do not post in here)

Blue was extremely shocked with Skyler's outburst that she just stared at her as her small form started disappearing in to the distance. Now she really didn't know what to do she stood up and paced around a few times thinking. Everything was going so fast that her mind just couldn't keep up. Blue really wanted to follow Skyler back to the city but something was telling her to move on forward over the mountains to see what was there. The "Something" in her mind was too strong for her to bare, without even running and telling Skyler she started to race up the mountains unknowing to what might be over them.

Skyler marched on through the growing storm. Her paw was in excrushiating pain after being badly burnt from leaping through the flames but she couldn't feel it. She just kept going.
It started to rain and Skyler saw a flash of lightening slice open the sky, leaving behing a huge rumble of thunder, making the earth below her feet quiver and shake. For a moment Blue crossed her mind, Where could she be? Skyler shrugged it off and struggled on.
Skyler didn't know how long she had ran. It was all colours. It went blue, then red, then grey (about the time of the storm), then black, then orange, then red, then blue, and now it was black. Skyler suddenly saw the top of a sky scraper behind the hill she was climbing.
Bt the time she reached the top and was standing by the willow tree the colour was blue. Blue! Where would she be!? If she had followed she would have found her by now. No, she hadn't followed. Of course not! She was probably... Hugging a tree... Skyler was sick of wondering. If Blue wanted to follow she would have. But she didn't. Skyler hurtled down the hill and entered the city. Suddenly Skylers stomach growled. She could smell food. She was getting chips. She trotted towards the aroma but found a huge dog in her way. It's mongrel muzzle was scratched pink as was one of its deep grey eyes. It's teeth were huge and growling at the small cat.
Skyler backed apologetically away and scampered off elsewhere. Now she could smell Chinese. She purred when she discovered it wasn't accompanying a dog. She filled her stomach and left for a place to sleep. A welcoming box wasn't far and she curled up and began pondering where Blue could be at the moment.

Blue had eventually gotten tired of running up the mountains and needed to stop for a rest. Her pads were bleeding.I guess I never noticed how bad the ground was... Blue's stomach started growling, she needed to eat but that would have to wait since there were still no prey in sight. She also needed a place to sleep. Up in the mountains there were nothing, not even abandoned fox or badger dens. It was too high up for animals like them. Blue decided that the best thing that she should do would be to just keep walking all night and hope for the best.

Skyler found herself running up to the willow tree minutes after she awoke. She sat by the magnificent tree and purred, taking in the morning sunlight. For that moment she almost forgot about Blue. Almost. She was tired of not knowing where she was. Skyler sat by the willow for hours but came to the conclusion that she would just stay one more night. But then she started thinking, would Blue really miss her? After all, she was more of a burden than anything else.She sighed. Blue would be better off without an extra mouth to feed. No, she was just fine. So was Skyler! She had friends! What friends? There were times that Skylers mind began to wander. No, this wasn't accurate. There were times that Skylers mind wandered more than usual. Yes, this was correct. She would find herself talking about socks to herself and completely forget the other thought... Oh, yes, friends, a topic she lacked in knowledge. No, of course not! Well... Sure, cats liked her. She wouldn't call these friends, however they did come in handy time after time. She did have Blue, of course heaven only knows where she was now. Most likely feasting on some deer that would have been long gone if she were around to screw things up. I know I screw things up sometimes but I'm really trying! You're supposed to be my friend! Not like some fake friends I have here, so lump off! I'm going to the weekly prom coming dance! Are you coming, Lumpy Jake? Ugh! Shut up! This is stupid, you should find Blue and stop quoting Lumpy Space Princess! Skyler had finally grown tired of wondering. Now was the time to know! She forced her legs faster than they had ever ran before.
She wanted to find Blue.
She wanted to say sorry for being a pain.

It was now about the middle of the day and Blue going down the last mountain. She was off balance and couldn't see straight ahead properly because she hadn't slept well last night. She tripped and fell half the way down the mountain most the time, the lack of prey was killing her. Her stomach felt like it was trying to devour her bit by bit. Up ahead Blue could hear rustling in the grass at the bottom of the mountain, which she had almost gotten to the bottom of by now. Light sprung up in her eyes as she noticed that it was a mouse! This was the first piece of food she had seen in a good while, she wasn't about to let this go. Blue crouched down and slowly crept forward to what was about to never see the light of day again. She felt sorry thinking that but this was the way life was. Blue was concerned about how the pounce would end up like since she hadn't hunted in a while but she hoped for the best and lept forward crushing the mouse under her paws and then finishing it with a bit good enough to end it. This wasn't much for a wolf her size, and Blue was under average size but that might be because she's growing, she didn't know. All she did know was that the mouse was definetly well fed where ever it lived. So that meant that somewhere there was a place with a great enough to sustain wildlife!
