1.Please Please PLEASE! Be able to write more then one line. They are understandable sometimes, but not all the time! I would like at lest one good, descriptive paragraph. Just 5-7 sentences. How hard is that? Not very hard!
2.I need drama and romance, it's something I truly can't RP without. I need it like the sky is blue! I've tried RPs where there is no romance, I almost died! I quiet after a few days!
3.Possibly tell me when you are going to be away for long period of time. I hate when someone leaves and doesn't tell anyone. I think they ditched the RP or something happened to them. I might not know you, but I do worry about things.
4.Please be able to play BOTH Male and Female. I mean, unless you honestly, fully pledged can not play one of those genders, I understand. I'll let it slid, no big deal!
5.Good grammar, spelling please. Or at least good enough spelling that I know what you are talking about!

Hey everyone, Mmai here and I'm looking for an rp partner. I've been gone from the rp world on here for quite some time due to some family issues, but now I'm back and ready to write. If you like what you read below, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll reply as soon as I can.

About me:

~ I'm a semi-lit and up rper. I can post anywhere from 3 sentences to 3 paragraphs per character.
~ I can rp a variety of characters. I can rp humans, animals, and mythical creatures of all ages and genders. I've mostly rped straight characters in the past, but am willing to rp gay and/or bisexual characters.
~ I'm on almost every day. I go to cyber school, so I can be on pretty much every day, holidays and emergencies an exception. My time zone is -05:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada).
~ I'll only rp in the forums. Sorry, but I receive and send too many PMs a day for it to be enjoyable or easy for me to rp through messages.
~ I'm not overly chatty OOC but will talk. If you strike up a conversation I'll definitely reply. No worries, I'm friendly.
~ My online status is hidden, but I'm usually online or have CS up in the background. So I'm able to check my messages and posts.

What I expect in my rp partner:

~ Be at least semi-literate. Must be able to post at least 3 sentences per character, with correct spelling and punctuation. I know we're all human and make mistakes, and that's fine, but I need to be able to at least figure out what you're trying to say.
~ Be able to rp more than one character at a time. I get pretty bored with rps where each person has only one character, so it would be awesome if my partner could rp multiple characters at one time.
~ Be able to rp both genders, ie male and female. This would be best, but if for some reason you can only rp one gender, I'll probably be willing to overlook this.
~ Someone who can help develop the plot and storyline. It can be a bit exhausting when you're the only one contributing to the plot and storyline.
~ Be able to post at least once every 2-3 days. I always end up wondering if something happened to my rp partner or if they dropped our rp if they don' respond at least that often. If you're going to be gone for longer than 3 days, please tell me so I at least know what's going on. Also tell me if you want to drop the rp, I promise I won't bite.

Okay...on to more important information! During the summer, I'm on and off at random times, having paying summer camp jobs and other fun vacations. Plus, I just recently smashed my finger in a car door, so my times are completely random. Warnings will be PM to you if I learn of an absence and I might even be able to pop on here during that time to send a quick, little message. Those little messages will only happen though if you are part of a RP that doesn't take extremely long post or if we use email.

Typically, I send a message every three days, but sometimes the messaging varies, depending on my schedule that day. If I don't post within my normal time, send me a motivating message, encouraging me to reply faster and sooner. Not some raged induced wall of text that makes me want to crawl into my mushroom corner for days or weeks. Also, my time is Central Time, but I'm on at weird times.

Besides the listed, there isn't really anything else you should know unless you become my partner...RP partner.

Some people have told me that I write literate, but others have described my writings as semi-literate. Personally, I don't care about those labels. My posting length ranges in 500-3,000 words or 5-12 paragraphs (paragraphs are 3-7 sentences normally) or...I'm not counting the sentences, but hopefully you get my drift. The smallest post is when I don't have that much to work with, while the longest is typically seen at the beginning at the RP, so normally I type in between those ranges. Plus, I mirror or overwrite your reply. I can send examples if you want, just please don't look at my RPs on this website. That was me, being a minimalist.

My spelling and grammar could be seen as excellent to horrible, illiterate children's scrabble. Nah, I'm kidding about the second, but I do normally have very well grammar and spelling. They should both be near perfect, since I use Word to type up my replies, but even a computer can't catch some mistakes. At least I don't use chat speak.

When I describe my character, I tend to not use pictures. Words forming into sentences is what I use to depict my character. I can find multiple pictures to put together a rough draft of them, but I doubt that I will ever find just one picture that fits them perfectly. So, I describe my characters with words most of the time, although I can use real life pictures.

Now, I don't nearly expect you to match up to me completely. Your normal posting length can be shorter or longer than my own, but no one/two-liners. Also, if you just send three lines, but they are something like this (Jane walked around. She stopped. A cat yawned.) I will be very angry, but adore that cat part. Please only send well developed sentences unless you're trying to set the mood with shorter sentences.

Grammar and spelling don't have to be perfect or dead on, but if you dare send me chat speak, you might as well dig yourself a grave. (Chat speak is bad) Also, no bright colors (like this) that blind me with the overly pale colors. Do you want me to walk around with no sight or something?

Finally, I would like one reply per week. More than that is splendid, but sometimes, I can't even manage that. If you suddenly are leaving and get on for some time, notify me ahead of time, so I don't bother myself with checking constantly. Also, if you get bored, just tell me. We might be able to work something out.

It is preferred that you have a character sheet that we both can use, but it isn't necessary. I have never been good with creating them, since most of the time, my RP partner sits right next to me. We would discuss everything in the open and we both had a good grasp on each other's characters. Heck, some of our characters even date each other.

Let me go ahead and tell you this tidbit of information. The only coupling I will RP is yaoi, boy x boy, boy's love, man x man, or whatever you call it. Basically, our main characters need to be both males (or one/both very manly females) or else I get bored easily. I'm not changing that rule one bit, but I can bend it for the manly female exception.

Also, I prefer that our characters are above the age of twenty. It makes things easier to RP, since there wouldn't be many restrictions the government would have on them. And I like modern time to be the time era. Anything else requires me to research before we start the RP, but we can bring in aspects from other time periods.

Besides that, here are some ideas I'm interested in.

-Romance

• Okay, not purely romance. I would like some action thrown into the mix or romance could be a side part. I just really prefer for it to be in there somewhere.

-Adventure/Action

• Everything needs a little bit of some fights or duels to make it interesting. Even if it is just a couple's quarrel, I would like it have some action/adventure in it, not boring "everything is perfect" drama.

-Fantasy

• Now, I love fantasy because there are so much possibilities and ideas for a plot, meaning that the ideas can be endless and the plot almost never dies. I do have one small qualm with this topic though. If your idea is based on or revolves around a lot of strange terminology, I need a miniature dictionary send to me or I couldn't possibly keep up.

-Good character x bad character

• Examples: (Hero vs. Villain) (Cop vs. Criminal) (Detective vs. Murderer) Those always interest me greatly!

-Assassin x Assassin

• Perhaps two assassins could be assigned to kill each other or both have the same target. Either way, this idea sounds interesting to me.

-Assassin x Target

• Self explanatory. Target could be changed into thief/informant/contractor.

-Mythical Creature x Human

• Just mentioned an intriguing creature to me (humanoid/shape-shifter at least, not purely creature. Even vampires and nekos are counted as mythical creature to me. Basically something that isn't human or zombie) I always enjoy having mythical creatures running about.

• A Native American myth. I have multiple ideas ready for this one, so if you are interested, then just send a message. If you don’t know what a skin-walker is, Wikipedia it!

-Danger Days or Killjoys

• I will marry your eternal soul if you’re even mildly interested in this one. This, right here, is my passion, but it is so hard to find someone with knowledge about it. It is preferred that you would know what this is. I do have a small section of information if you are really interested in this one and I have plenty of plot ideas for this one as well.

-Band

• It can be either the traditional symphonic band or orchestra, or the classic rock band that tours across the world. For this one though, I do not use real bands, but create my own members. Songs though, I will use other songs from existing bands, just because I’m too lazy to create a ton a meaningless lyrics.

-Pokémon Trainer

• For this one, I like it to be within the first three generations with no pokémon from the future generations mixed in with the bunch. I like the idea of the beginning of the journey with your own chosen starter (not one of the three) or just a quest.

-Harry Potter

• This is another fandom I'm interested at the moment. I'm pretty easy going on the plot and everything else...I just have a huge craving to play a quidditch player for some reason.

-Original plots!

• If you have an idea, I’m all ears! Seriously, I love original plots so much since I've been running low on my own plots.

There isn’t much I’m afraid of when it comes to RPs. A “-” means I’m more adjustable to the end and not against it completely. An “X” means I won’t do it no matter what.

-Books/Movies/Games I haven't read/watched/played.

• I might be able to roleplay them though if you give me a day or two to research the materials. Just tell me which book/movie/game you would want to roleplay.

XTwilight. I'm sorry, but I never finished the series.

XReal life people like celebrities. It feels weird being someone who actually exists.

XCharacters from books/movies/games. I only roleplay with original characters.

-Animals unless you want me to aggravate you with questions about anatomy.

• Even though I can't roleplay animals doesn't mean I can't roleplay shape-shifters or humanoids. It just can't be purely animals or creatures.
• To me, humanoids are either anthros, nekos (or variants) and other things along that line. Basically, creatures with the structure of a human body, but features (tails, ears, fur, scales, wings, etc.) of an animal
• Shape-shifters to me are people who can choose to be either a creature, humanoid, or human. Even a mixture of all three or just two are fine as long as they have a human like structure somehow.

-Teen pregnancies.

• This one I'm curious, but slightly turned away from at the same time, mainly because it would most likely be a m-preg (male pregnancy) If you have a good plot and wanna try it, I would prefer that this one would be by email only. The topic to me is just too mature for a family website.

First, a little bit about myself...
Well, I'm an adolescent, existentialist teenager somewhere between the age of 15-19, currently in the International Baccalaureate program, and really should be doing homework instead of CS, but oh well. I know three languages - English, Japanese and French - and I'm now working on learning Korean and Swedish, so don't be surprised if my characters start speakin in other languages! I'm Canadian (eh?), and I have no idea what my timezone is, i just know I NEVER have daylight savings time ^^

What to expect
I'm on almost all the time.
I write with decent literacy. Even with writers block I avoid one-liners at all costs
I can play both genders, BUt I will not role-play only boys in straight romances. And I do prefer females.
I'm flexible, love plots twists, and I'll contribute to the plot.
I personally prefer PM RP's (easier to keep track of) but I'll do forums too

Hello, my username is currently r u n. but if I am not that in a little while, please don't be suprised! I love to RP, which is why I am looking for some new 1x1s. I am in many RPs at the moment, but always get to them all within a reasonable amount of time. However, even though I have experience with role playing, I have only done about two or so 1x1. I'm pretty sure it is about the same, but just so you know! :3

Please just note that I am female, and will be hesitant to play males on animal RPs, and will decline if I was offered a male spot in a human RP.

I love to chat, so be ready to RP with a very friendly person! I am very active, but around these times I will be on a little less. Two through five hours atleast on most days. Hoildays I might be on more, depending on what Holiday, and weekends I will most likely be on about three to five hours a day. I am a semi-lit RPer for most things, one line to five sentences, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood that day, or the other person is not writing much for me to go on. I have alot of experience with fantasy animal RPs, as well as fantasy human RPs. I like romance too, with a twist. Forbidden romance, romance between long-time-friends, unexpected romance, I can do just about anything. Just the only romance I cannot do is imediate long. It's just... not really my type, let's say. So, therefore, my character could not fall in love at first sight with yours, and I would perfer your character to not either. Anyways, back to me. I can use pretty fonts and make pretty forums/posts. I can use fontmeme, as well as uploading pictures from TinyPic, so that's good. I could honestly care less if we had pretty posts or not, it's just something I do to keep my mind off some things. I mostly do it when I'm bored, which is alot. I am a bit of a semi-lit RPer, I post about one sentence to about three lines smost of the time, if I have enough to go on. I am a fast typer, so I could get back to you quickly.I am relevently good a spelling and grammer, but sometimes my fingers slip and...yeah.Anyways, I think that's really about it that you need to know about me... I don't expect alot from you, but there are some things that you can't/must do. Like, for example, spelling. I admit, I'm not the greatest speller ever, but I do expect you to atleast try and spell stuff, or look it up if it looks really wrong. And, I don't really enjoy RPing with someone who misspells alot. Once in a while is okay, with big words or stuff like that, but don't have something like an dthen he waz lik al hoppy and stuf. It really annoying. Another thing, please use commas, periods, capitals, the correct puncuation mark and really anything else you might use when wirting an essay or something. I'm not a grammer natzi, but please don't have something completly wrong like the deers. No s, people! I also can't RP with someone who just posts what their character says, or dialog connected to the actions with little stars and slashes. Kind of like this. *My name is Dakota*-Sits down- I need some idication that your character spoke and also and action. Use these " ", please. That's about it for grammer and spelling. Now on to other stuff! For posts. Not much there, I could care less on how much you post, just something that I won't pretend to long off on because I don't want to be forced to reply a studiply short message becuase I don't have anythign to say. Actually, that happens alot and it is really starting to bug me. I can understand if your character is supposed to be shy, but ask a question or something! I like to RP, but I can just move on to Forum Games if there's nothing to reply to. I think that's about it, if anythign comes to mind I will add it!

ME AND ROLPLAYING
Hi, everybody i looking for more 1x1 roleplays to i can play as you can see. I am between a simi leterate and low leterate and i never tend to write things like this "she laughed" . I get my ideas from TV, books i have, most of the time. I am on CS almost everyday and i will try to make 1 post or more everyday. I prefer to do the roleplays in PM's. Keep in mind my repley's can somtimes be slow. I can play both genders but my females charaters better then my male charaters. I love to chat so don't be afraid to talk during the roleplay. I love to use CS pets for some of my roleplays and sometimes i draw them. i can play about 2-3 charaters at a time.

Souma here, and I’m seeking a 1x1 RP! I’m specifically looking for roleplays involving an human paired with either a wild animal, animal shfiters, anthros or nekos.



Of course there are rules’n stuff:
-Please follow CS rules

-I consider myself semi lit to lit, I can write a paragraph or two easily you can see my samples here
-I only do M X F pairings, no yaoi/yuri
-I’d prefer female partners
-I’d prefer threads
-Romance is fine, but keep things clean
