"Pretty sure he and dad had bets on when too." James said with a chuckle as Jade stirred a bit and started to fuss. "Oh boy, Goodmorning Princess." James said, taking her little hand. As soon as she realized her father was holding onto her hand, she calmed down. She looked around and babbled happily, reaching for her mother.

Aela chuckled softly. "He'd be bugging about being a grandpa too, well at least with you, he'd make Jordan work for his permission to marry Amy."
"God.. I feel the head slaps already." Jordan sighed from the kitchen with a chuckle. "Speaking of, can someone call our old man to let him know we're all fine?"

Claire jumped up from her sleep, looking around before rushing to max's side. "Easy, easy, your ok." She said softly.

Chazz chuckled and kissed Aela's head smiling "Yea probably" He smiled softly thinking of his dad smacking the crap out of Jordan's head and smiled fighting to not bust out laughing.

Serenity giggled and kissed Jade's head nuzzling into her "mmmm. there's my baby girl."
Chazz watched Serenity and James with a soft smile before looking at Isis. There was a look of pain in her eyes, and he knew all too well why. "Isis..."

Isis slowly stood up with a weak smile "I'm fine" she walked off quietly and went to the bathroom. Once the door shut behind her she fought off her old tears again and lightly wrapped an arm around herself. Even with Nick and Bandit by her side, there was a hole in her heart knowing she lost her baby, even if it was Riley's.

Amy sighed and got dressed after laying in bed for a bit longer and headed down the stairs. When she heard Jordan's request she smiled and called his dad as she walked into the living room wanting to see Jade knowing full well she was up already.

Max smacked Claire's hand away and he slowly pushed himself up and breathed shakily. Max still didn't feel right after the dream and didn't even realize he'd even touched Claire. His head was pounding and he felt like he'd been hit just yesterday instead of a while ago. His body trembled slightly as he closed his eyes to refocus himself.

Claire pulled her hand back and looked down. "I'll leave you be then..." She said quietly.

The phone picked up with a grumble in the back. "Just because some seniors wake up before dawn doesn't mean we all do..." Came a sleepy voice.
Jade babbled happily and hugged her mothers face, making James chuckle.
Nick gently squeezed Iris hand when she left, sighing softly.
Aela bit her lip when Iris left. "Poor Hun..."
"It'll bug her for awhile, but she'll be able to move on eventually... Maybe if she was around one a little more it'll help her want to move on instead of dwell."
"You sure? Sounds like it'll make it worse." James said.
"It worked for you two right?.. I been though the solitary route, it eats you." He sighed.

Aela hugged chazz and sighed as her own stomach growled. "Well that's a first."
"Hold your horses. I'm almost done!" Jordan called

Amy giggled and sat down in a chair to watch her friends "Ohhh, someone is a big old grumpy wolfie this morning." She smiled and pulled her legs up into the chair then wrapped a blanket around herself feeling at ease "We just wanted you to know we're alight since there was a bad blizzard last night."

Serenity smiled softly hearing Amy and playfully blew raspberries on her daughters belly. It hurt her to know Isis still couldn't be around Jade that well, but she kept hoping for the best.

Chazz stood up smiling and went into the kitchen shaking his head.

Isis stood in the bathroom for a few minutes and glanced at herself in the mirror seeing the bruises on herself. She smiled weakly and closed her eyes once more letting a few tears fall quietly. 'At least there are some marks that will show through all of this hell' She sniffled quietly fighting to calm down and gently washed her face.

Max slowly opened his eyes and looked up at claire slightly confused before mumbling "Claire?"

"Oh Amy! Hello! Sorry didn't see it was you. So everyone's over there? Everyone holding tight?" He asked.
Jade squealed happily, making Markus (forget what I originally named him....) laugh. "Well my granddaughter sure seems fine!"

Nick stood and headed to the bathroom, knocking softly. "Iris?"
Jordan glared at chazz playfully. "Hey! Get out, you cooked last night so I'm taking over breakfast." He chuckled, throwing a pancake at chazz. "Five more minutes I swear."

Claire turned back around. "Yea?"

Chazz caught the pancake before it hit the wall and chuckled "oh shut up" he tossed the pancake lightly and smirked evilly. Abandoning his quest for coffee he slid back into the living room and smacked Amy in the face with the pancake making her drop her phone and fall backward surprised.

Serenity tried hard not to laugh watching the twins and bowed her head shaking with the effort to not laugh.

Chazz laughed hard enough he fell over himself watching Amy fall over with the pancake on her face.

Isis sighed softly drying her face, then put her usual smile on to hide her pain and opened the door. She tilted her head slightly looking up at Nick "yea what's up?"

Max looked around slowly and mumbled "where......are we?"

Claire raised a brow, turning back and sitting beside him. "We're at Amy and Chazz's place, remember?"

Nick gave her a "Faker" look before hugging her. "I promise it'll get easier...ok?..you'll see." he kissed her head and gave her a soft smile. "You got me here...and hey, those look a lot better, and less angry." he said, lightly touching her face.

James bust out laughing, "aww hey that was a cheap shot!"
aela lightly elbowed him. "YOur sister is getting over head injuries, dont go adding!" she smirked, heading over to help Amy up and taking the phone. "Your future daughter-in-law got pancake slapped."
there was a laugh from the other side of the phone. "You lot are all adults but still act like little kids...good, dosnt make me feel that old."

Chazz winced when alea hit his ribs and chuckled.

Amy took aelas hand "chazz you're such an arse!!!"
Chazz chuckled smiling "you're just figuring that out? You've known me forever"

Isis hugged Nick close and closed her eyes for a minute. "Thank you. I know it will, its just kinda hard right now" she smiled weakly looking at Nick before leaning up and softly kissed him.

Max stared at his ha ds trying to remember but his mind was fuzzy.

"Just relax...this could be the cause of that angry, depressed state you were in all night." she said softly, sitting beside him. "How are you feeling?" she asked softly.

"your friends are here till then, and I forever." he smiled and kissed her back. he held her close and smiled. "Just... dont ignore the baby, she needs one sane aunt." he teased with a wink.

Aela giggled and handed James the phone.
"Ello old man. glad to know your ok."
"Same with you all, rough night?"
"Yea..power outage, few injuries, but nothing our favorite doc couldnt handle."
they talked for a moment longer, before saying their goodbyes. "Sounds good dad, see you later." he said then hung up the phone.
aela went back over to chazz and kissed his cheek. "Meanie." she teased.

"Hey! foods up! starving ladies first!" Jordan called.

Max shuddered "like I only just got hit last night"

Isis chuckled softly "if you think I'm sane you don't know me very well" she slowly began to relax and pressed herself closer to Nick just relaxing against him and taking in his warmth.

Chazz looked down at her in fake shock "me? I hit her with a pancake"

Amy pouted and went into the kitchen "joorrdaaaannn"

Serenity smiled softly and gently rocked Jade and looked at James "wanna tell the love birds breakfast is done?"
