"I just wanted to see if you'd eat before your meds... And ask if you wanted to sit where it's warmer." She said softly, despite being frustrated with him already.

Aela giggled softly and sat an ice packet a towel over it on a chair before sitting Amy down. "I know it sucks but I'm sure you rather sit and eat." She said as she gave her a small bowl of the chili.

"Hey you have sass too, it's why I'm marrying you." He smirked and kissed her head before stealing jade away. "Sleep my love."

"And I love you." He said quietly with a soft smile. He gently rubbed her back and sighed softly.

Amy squeaked at how cold her butt was now but smiled warmly at Aela "Thanks Aela" She wound up inhaling her food in no time and blushed when her stomach growled and making her laugh nervously "um....guess I'm still hungry"


Serenity mocked james before standing up "Oh hush up. You're marrying me because I'm not gonna let Jade live without her daddy right there with her" She smiled brightly having a hard time even sounding serious and laughed softly "I love you James." She then headed into the kitchen feeling hungry herself again and glanced at Max and Claire in the darker part of the kitchen. As tired as she was, her stomach won the battle the two seemed to constantly be having lately.

Max went to answer but was dumbfounded hearing how fast Amy inhaled her food.

Isis quickly fell asleep lost in a world of warmth and comfort. Every time Nick rubber her back when they were together it helped ease her mind and let her sleep. When she fell asleep a soft smile stayed on her lips. She wasn't used to feeling safe or comfortable, not until Nick came around in her life.

"I wanted tovmarry you before I knew she was growing inside you." He smiled and kissed her head. "I love you too."
He sat down on the couch and brought up sleeping Jade to his chest, humming softly when she stirred. Jade felt warm again with blankets on top of her and her father holding her close.

Aela giggled softly, giving her another bowl. "Here lady. Burning to many calories?" She teased playfully, then smiled at serenity. "Hey mama, you hungry too?"

"Hey slow it down before you go into a food coma this time Amy." Claire grinned, then looked at max. "Hey, not nice to stare."

Nick waited till she was asleep to gently scoot her into a sleeping bag, making sure she was extra warm. He stayed beside her though, not wanting to make her panicked.

Serenity had smiled hearing James then nodded to Aela "Actually yea. Though I'm still exhausted I'm kinda too hungry to sleep." She smiled warmly and smiled at Amy to who was working quickly through her second bowl.

Amy blushed but didn't say anything before devouring her second bowl of chilli.
Chazz laughed deeply from the kitchen doorway and shook his head "Well its been given the Amy seal of approval. The only other time I've seen her shovel that chilli in before was when dad made it"
Amy glared back at Chazz and seemed to hover over her empty bowl trying to guard it from him making Chazz laugh harder.
When they were younger and their dad was still alive he'd stolen part of Amy's chilli making her go crazy and cry from how angry she was at him. Their dad offered her more chilli but her response was "No!! THat was gonna be my FAVORITE spoonful from this bowl and he ATE IT!!!"
(XD Because we all totally know I'd do that lmao)

isis sighed happily in her sleep and nuzzled into the sleeping bag more before squirming around. She cracked her eyes open and sleepily mumbled for Bandit. He'd came in only once and cuddled up to her in her sleep, but tonight she felt like having both her favorite men by her side, her boyfriend, and his fuzzy companion who had already stolen her heart.

Max rolled his eyes and yawned "I wasn't staring, I was observing with intense interest" (XD I've actually said that lmao)

[She~Wolf]

Claire giggled softly. "There's our max. So you want some food before Amy eats it all?"

Bandit raised his head from behind the couch, huffing softly and came trotting to the girl. He laid beside her, snuggling up tightly and placed his head on her side.
"Good boy." Nick smirked.

Aela giggled softly and went up to snuggle against him. "Well I am glad, it is fantastic love."

Max shook his head "I'm fine"

Serenity smirked and stole the last tiny bit from Amy's bowl and laughed watching her look of complete horror and anger " Et tu?"
Serenity fell over laughing and wound up having to shoot out of the kitchen and into the bathroom.
Amy smiled like she accomplished the most amazing feat in history before standing and grabbing more chilli only to plop back in her seat and eat her third bowl slower.

Chazz smiled brightly then wrapped his arms around Aela's waist pulling her closer to him and kissed her head "I'm glad you liked it."

Isis smiled and quickly fell back to sleep with a hand resting on Bandit and the other partially behind her where she could touch Nick.

Aela giggled softly and snuggled against him. "You are definitely to cook in this relationship."

"Are you sure? You need to eat before you take these nasty bast***s... Amy what did you do to renny?" She asked, looking at her a bit alarmed.

Isis slowly woke up and stretched. The sun still wasn't out but she rarely slept that long as it was. She sat up a little to look around not understanding why she wasn't in bed, until she remembered coming to the little welcome home party for Max. Her head was killing her and her stomach hurt but she didn't feel like actually getting up yet.

Max had slept in one of the guest rooms away from the others unable to sleep on the floor as he was now. He lay perfectly still in his sleep aside from the slight rise and fall of his chest. He'd watched the others through the night, listened to their stories, and saw how easy they all connected. He'd waved the others off when they objected to him sleeping in a cold room, but to him it felt perfect.

Chazz had brought aela his comforter and pillows during the night and had passed out on one of the sleeping bags on the floor snoring softly.

Serenity was sitting in the kitchen with a hot cup of yawning. The power had kicked on around 1 which worked out perfectly for her, because she had to make jade a bottle. Serenity was getting used to her lack of sleep now so long as she had her coffee to help.

Amy was laying on her back staring at the ceiling listening to the sound of others filling the house. It'd been just her and Jordan here for a while now. Having everyone here felt surreal to her but it made her smile a bit.
