And that's why I never miss."Fine," Clint grumbled. Natasha's calling him a child was accurate, at least when he was solely with her. He put the phone back against his ear as he scooted over to Natasha again. "Just get this over with quickly, okay?" Already prepared for the pain, he gripped the blankets on the bed. It seemed unfair how whenever she got hurt, she wouldn't let him treat it, but whenever he got a graze or something, she wouldn't let him go until it was wrapped up in gauze.Natasha RomanoffI've got the upper hand now
And your're losing ground
You never had to fight back
Never lost a round
You see the gloves are coming off
Tell me when you've had enough.
Natasha smiled in victory and went back to work. More gently this time. She slowly removed the last fragments giving him time to recover after each one before she pulled the next out. She then took an antiseptic cream and gently lathered his wound before finding a patch bandage and closing it all up tightly. "There, it's done you big baby." she said with another smile before getting up and putting some of the supplies back in the bag. She took out two rolls of bandages and went into the bathroom to attend to her own hands. She quickly unwrapped the bandages easily ignoring the pain that shot up through her arms. She used her elbow to open the cold water tap and held her hands under the water until they were numb again. She examined the holes in the back of her hands with mild interest. On her left hand one of the veins had just been nicked but already it had clotted over and formed a nice little cap over it. Natasha then began to wrap up her hands one by one.

Julia waited for a second, until she head a female's voice who identified herself as Natasha Romanoff. The Natasha Romanoff? Stunned and puzzled, Julia didn't say anything, when a male's voice took over. She listened carefully to the voice on the phone, letting go of her suitcase handle and dropping her chocolate colored teddy bear onto a nearby armchair, hugging her stomach with one hand, other hand holding to phone up to her ear. "......Clint?" she asked quietly after a pause. It had felt like ages since the WCA had split up, and she'd last spoken to Clint. He had been the leader, not to mention an amazing friend, so she'd been upset when the group didn't work out. She could barely believe her ears, not to mention she was quite confused. Then she realized he had asked her a question. "I'm in the Stark tower, I....nobody's here." she told him quickly. Her eyebrows furrowed as she looked at the carpet, pacing circles - it was a habit she had when she was concentrating. "Are you okay?" she felt obliged to ask, bottom lip jutting out a little - another habit of concentration.
