I avoid the shots from the man of iron fairly well, using my force fields here and there, although that quickly exhausted me, and since the Captain was on top form, I was beginning to struggle. We fought, before I was brought to the ground again, and pinned down. Being the coward I am, I disappeared, and reappeared beside Em, growling at Stark. I grabbed the wrist of the suit, beginning to pry his hand away, while I stuck the tip of my staff into the leg of it, dragging it forwards slowly to make a tear in the equipment.

Lisbeth watched as Loki appeared right infront of her, he was going to take Emerald and there was no way Lisbeth was going to let him. She found herself sprinting forwards and throwing herself into him, a wail came from her as she did so, gritted teeth and shutting her eyes, diverting the pain into strength as she gripped her staff tightly to consume as much strength as she could, Stark needed to get out of here and fast, they all did.

Natasha could hear the sounds of battle behind her as she sprinted across the open sand headed straight for the hill. She served passed the first guard but couldn't dodge the second and ended up tackling him to avoid him being able to react. She gave a few quick punches before she felt a blow to the back of her head. The fist guard had gotten in a solid punch but even in a dazed state she was a better fighter. Soon the second guard was down and Natasha had managed to scramble up the hill and over. She hurried to the open car and jumped in turning the key to ignition and then looked around for Hawkeye.

Hawkeye followed Natasha through the chaos that surrounded them, with bullets flying and bombs exploding. He held his own homemade bombs uselessly in his hand, since he didn't have anything to light it with. Though he successfully knocked out or avoided any guards that tried to get in his way, he felt a sudden sharp pain in his left shoulder when he was nearly at his goal. Instinctively dropping to the ground to avoid any more bullets, he popped back up just as quick and continued to make his way to Natasha's car. Clint looked over his shoulder as he hurriedly entered the car to see a whole group of guards coming after them. "Tell me the Avengers have a separate ride," he said, breathlessly.

Natasha threw the car into gear and sped off. "They sure didn't come in this car so I hope so." she said with a smile. She threw the car around a large boulder and onto the road. "Your hurt." she stated, her eyes not leaving the road. She could smell blood in the air and knew it had to be Barton. She would have to see to it later. "Luckily this car is going to get dumped anyway." she murmured. It would be half an hour until they reached the first town. They would have to stop there for a few seconds, they couldn't afford not to. "Is it bad?" she asked after a while of silence, it worried her that he was hurt again.

Clint grunted as the car suddenly accelerated, throwing his wounded shoulder against the seat. Was it bad? He twisted his neck to get a look. "Just a bullet graze," he said. It certainly could have been much worse, with all the chaos they'd been in only moments ago. "I can wait. Let's just get out of there. Do you have any way to communicate with the others?" Natasha's strange behavior every time he mentioned the Avengers was worrying him. He was concerned mostly for the Avengers, because everybody knew that angering the Black Widow was always a bad idea. Even Hawkeye.

Natasha took one hand of the steering wheel and dug in her pocket until she pulled out the cellphone and tossed it to Barton without a word. Quite frankly she didn't care anymore about the Avengers. Her thoughts were snapped away from the band of superheros when lights appeared in the distace. "We will stop here for the night to fix that wound. I need to think of were we can go after this." she said pulling up outside a little inn. She let the engine die and sat in silence staring out of the front window with her bandaged hands still gripping the steering wheel. She shook her head and got out the car. The inn was a shabby run down place but it was still open and luckily after a short argument with the owner Natasha was now holding the key to room five.

Won't be able to post tonight, emergancy with my horses. One of the mares gave birth at two in the afternoon with complications so I am feeding the foal and checking up on the mare every three hours. Wish me luck!
