Katherine hadn't been able to get anywhere when the door opened and she ran out. She was trying to run with a chair still attached to her, and she didn't have any hope of breaking it. It was completely metal, and any hope of disconnecting with it was slim.
That is, until she saw the keys on one of the desks.
She ran up to the desk and snatched the keys with one hand, using her fingers to get it into the keyhole. There was a sharp click, and one of her hands was free. Katherine then quickly undid the other handcuff, wasting no time as the chair fell tot eh ground behind her. She began to run with more agility than with the chair, until the door in front of her closed with a shut.
"Damn it!" Katherine growled, banging on the door. It was her only way out of the underground place. There were red lights shining everywhere, a siren blaring in her ear drums to indicate her attempt to escape. She was gasping for breath as she began to run to another door, only to find that it had shut her inside as well.
Katherine ran once more to a door, but a steel wall dropped down in front of it. She was now trapped; she had reached a dead-end and men were coming from all directions towards her. "No..." Katherine gasped, unable to think of a last-minute solution. She was trapped.
-
The bow continued to flash brightly, getting even brighter as if it was coordinating Katherine's heartbeat with the lights. The blue shifted to an orange, and finally to the familiar red that it had last time. Only this red was slightly discolored, and didn't look like the blood-color it had been last time.
She's trapped.., in some type of prison facility... The bow wasn't exactly talking, but it was able to communicate by thought. It shot out its words to both Lance and Rem, but said nothing more. It was indeed a male voice, but it had went silent and refused to speak.
