Sundavr Garm: Pack of the Shadows

Altair shrugged, shaking his head. "I'm ready whenever you are." He told her, his tail swishing happilly through the air.

My tail kept on wagging, slightly. "Okay, we should go a little later. All the prey is probably still asleep, we wouldn't find anything!" I said, I knew that all of the animals would be in their dens asleep. The sun kept on getting hotter and hotter the more I stood in it. But I still liked the warmth. My wings had been folded up on my side, where it is barely noticeable since it is the exact same color as my fur. My wings had started to make me hotter than what I would have been with out them.

Drift widened her eyes, a bit surprised at his offer. "Really?" She asked him, a smile fomring on her jaws.

Finnick shook his head. He nuzzled her neck fur gently with the tip of his nose. "Course not, wouldn't think of it." He told her in a comforting tone. He looked into the fae's eyes, his eyes glowing a bright maroon for a split second. That was his power. He could charm a fae with one glance, or, he could use it to calm a wolf, or even cheer them up. That's what he did now as he looked into Amber's eyes. He willed her fear to die down.

Ice nodded. "Alright. I'll go right, you two take the left side." She told them, and then headed off that way.

Altair nodded, his eyes bright. "Sounds like a plan." He said happily, flicking his ears.

"I'm very serious. So do you want to?" Falcor asked. He flexed his wings a bit feeling the powerful muscles in his back.

Amber calmed a bit but her fiery temper began to take hold as her other side came out. "Just get away from me." she growled. This side wasn't truly her but just her powers. She turned and stormed off.

Luke and lily nodded. They turned and began over the left bank of the lake. They kept their minds open in case Ice would need help.

Sund dipped his head into the water and shook it a bit to get the blood out of his thick fur. He was a large wolf and had shaggy, thick fur.

Drift happilly swished her tail back and forth through the air. "Of course, I'd love to." She said with a large smile.

Finnick was a bit surprised at her reaction. At first, he could tell his power was working, but then something stronger counter-acted it. As she stormed off, he didn't follow her, giving her time to cool down. He shook his head and headed back to camp, looking for another fae to talk to. Maybe one not so tempermental.

Ice headed along her side of the lake, keeping her eyes open for any sign of an inturder. She was downwind from the lake, so she knew that she wouldn't be able to scent anyone, and that they would scent her first. But, still, she kept on the lookout.

Falcor smiled. He was a shapeshifter and able to change into anything. "Alright. This may feel strange." he closed his eyes and concentrated. After a moment a something shimmered around Drift and feathers seemed to grow from her back until she had wings.

Amber walked back to camp, her paws now on fire as she was mad. As she began to calm they lessened.

Sund had his head under water and couldn't smell anything. He pulled his head out and shook it dry. It was then that he picked up another's scent. He froze and scented deeper. A pack wolf. He turned and rushed to the shadows of the trees. He allowed his powers to manifest and he vanished into the shadows right as the wolf entered the clearing.

Drift glanced backward, her eyes wideneing as she saw two wings forming on her back. She smiled, her jaws parted in astonishement. "How did you..?" She let her voice fade off, ending her words with a surprised laugh. She had wings! At least, temporarily.

Finnick had headed back to camp, and, upon finding no other faes who weren't already busy, had settled himself underneath the shady leaves of a birch tree, his muzzle resting on his paws.

Ice swore she heard movement up ahead, and had dashed into a clearing, only to find it empty. She sighed. She was sure she had heard something! She scented the air, but couldn't pick up anything strong. At least, not of a pack wolf. She shook her head, thinking that maybe she had just been mistaken.

"Now those will only last for a little while." FLcor said. He didn't tell her that the longer they were there the more tired he would get.

Sund watched as the fae entered the clearing. He recognized her as the fae from his visions. What was she doing here? He then realized that where he had cleaned himself, the water was red with blood.

I thought it was started to become awkward. We were both just sitting there, not saying anything. Altair and I never used to talk, so I don't know what he is like. Which, makes me not know what to say. I start giggling. "I don't really know what to say," I said, smiling at Altair. My tail was still slightly wagging, though, it has slowed down a bit since we had started to talk a little bit more.

[- drift.]

Drift smiled with another small laugh, touching her nose lightly to his cheek in thanks. She spun around once, admiring them. "These are amazing!" She said, ahhpily, then tunred to him with bright eyes. "So, you ready to fly?" She told him with a smirk on her jaw.

Ice finally managed to pick up a scent, although it wasn't of a wolf, it was of... blood? She headed over to the lake shore, and saw that the water was red from blood, and she took a step back, surprised. "What the..?" She trailed off, looking around for any wolf whom the blood could have belonged to.

Altair laughed lightly, flicking an ear. "Well, come on, let's find something to do while we're waiting on the prey to wake up." He said, standing up with a smirk.

"Take it easy at first. Your new to this." Falcor chuckled. He jumped into the air and opened his wings allowing them to carry him up.

Sund was suddenly hit by another vision. The images raced through his head incredibly fast. He only caught glimpses of them. It caused him to loose control of his powers and he appeared again.
