Ivy just sat there, she frowned, looking down at the paper. How could she be expected to know this?! She was new, she didn't even know anything about this school... Almost all her teachers knew that, so she just sat there, rubbing her eyes.

Drake looked at her. "Ivy can you come here please?" He asked plaining to help her. He waited for her.

Ivy stood up, going over to him, a girl giving her a evil eye, like stay away, but she gave it back, then going to his desk, standing there.

"Would you like some help?" He asked her. He was all ready to help her and had nothing to do anyway.

Ivy opened her mouth to speak, but shut her mouth back, nodding her head yes. She didn't like talking out loud infront of everyone..

"Okay have a seat." He said and pulled up a chair for her.

Ivy sat down by his desk, she didn't say anything, she wasn't planning on saying anything any time soon too.

Drake started to explain it to her and did a few exsamples. He explained a little more. "Do you get it now?" He asked her. He had moved closer to write on her paper.

Ivy looked at him and nodded. "da.... I just can't... Really speak English dat well...." she muttured and a few girls giggled at her. "sorry....."

"Its fine. I think you are doing fine. If you want me to help you get caught up in english or other classes I can help you after school." Drake said.
