Aly has been stuck on her island for 5 years. Currently, she is 16. She got stuck there when her father's jet plane crashed into the surrounding waters. They saved food and clothes and some other things from the plane, but not much else. Her father and herself were the only ones who survived. When Aly turned 14, her father died from contaminated shellfish. She has been alone for the past two years. Just when Aly was getting used to her solitude, another plane crashed into the west side of the island. From the rubble, she manages to save three girls, and four guys, all around her age, because they were all smart enough to pack into the bathroom compartment. She saves all she can, including some suitcases, food, and blankets, and bedding.

It had no cellphone towers, and the only other animals on this island were animals you find in the jungle. Her and her father soon found a network of caves that they promptly settled into. Then, three years later, her father fell ill after eating contaminated clams. She didn't have any remedies, so he died in his arms.

Andrew sat upon silky, hot sand. His face stared into the ocean, just at the horizon. The sun was above their heads, blazing down on them with intense heat waves. Pale hands reached into the hot pebbles, only to be pulled out again, releasing the sand to fall into a tiny mound. The boy was wearing a red shirt and black silky shorts. A slight wind blew, ruffling his already messy hair. He remembered what happened. One moment, he was looking out the window at the dark rain-filled clouds. Then within a second, loud rumbling noises ejected from the plane and it was like they were all of a sudden on a roller coaster off its tracks, tumbling down. Andrew blinked from the memory, pushing it aside and out of his way, and began to look around at the survivors.

So she didn't try to make the outlook better. She just wanted to let him know that there was someone there that understood.

Andrew turned his head to spot a girl with blonde hair sitting beside him. He looked at her, at first not noticing she spoke. Then after a few moments of just staring, he replied with an expressionless face, "Hello." What else was there to say? There wasn't much to talk about at this very moment. Everything was so overwhelming, and everyone was going to have to try to survive. What about food, water, clothing, everything needed. And what about all the survivors? Will they all work together or will everyone brake into fight for the things needed to live? Andrew pushed it aside for later assessment. He didn't remember seeing this girl on the plane.

Alexandria just nodded. "Do ya think you could help me bring the others to the caves over there? Its going to rain soon, you can tell." She pointed to the haze over the ocean. She didn'twait for an answer. She moved to the pretty Asian girl. "Hi, lets go into those caves over, there, its going to rain soon." Her soft Australian accent ran out through the slience that was on all sides. As the girl got up, and she helped her over to the cave, shooting a look over her shoulder to see if he was helping or not. And if not, there was going to be hell to pay. She knew they were nw here, but she needed to establish it quickly; she was the leader, and without her, they were screwed.

Jessica let herself be helped by the woman, and she checked over her shoulder to make sure her brother was coming. Then she focused on keeping her hurt arm elevated. She kept a gentle but firm grip in the arm, not wanting it it to move and mess it up even worse.

Andrew nodded to the girl. He first sat there for a moment, trying to remember her on the same flight he was on. His brain just didn't function it. And something about this girl put him off. She seemed different. Her clothes were tatted and not new, which made his mouth twist with confusion. She couldn't of been poor, she had gotten on this flight for god's sake! Has she crashed beforehand? Andrew shook his head and replied with a slow and steady, "Ok." He stood up and shook his shaggy head, feeling a headache. Looking around, the sun beamed down on him, giving him a slight hot and sticky irritation. Seeing two other people, looking like siblings, he moved over to them slowly. His right foot felt a pang of pain as he realized he had twisted it. Oh well. Continuing and trying his best to ignore it, he stood in front of them, observing them. Andrew looked at the boy and nodded his head in greeting. Next, he looked at his sister that stood beside the young man, and simply asked if she was alright.

Alexandria helped two girls over to the entrance to the cave. She gently laid them down in a cave. She ran back out it to the open, and began to drag a heavy purple bag, and a black and white spotted bag. She arrived at the cave again, and putt the bags gently into the living room. She checked on the two girls, and began to check their bodies for any long term harm.

Jessica was silent when he asked, and didn't look at him. She stared at the sand. "No. My arm's broken." she said slowly. She tried to get up, without any results. She cried out in pain, and stab shooting through her arm. She took a protective hold on her arm, salty tears squeezing out of her eyes. She tried to hold them back, but to no avail. She let silent tears stream down her cheeks into her straight black hair, staying silent.

Justin saw his sister talking to a boy, but what caught his attention was an unmoving figure lying in the sand. He walked over confused,untill he saw the rise and fall of his chest. He slowly picked the unconcious person up, being very careful. He did not want to harm him anymore than he already was. He saw a bump on his head. Cuts littered his arms. And then he wondered what he looked like. He looked at his arms, which had purple bruises blossoming under his pale skin. A long cut ran from his ankle to his knee, and although it wasnt bleeding, was somewhat oosing. He followed a pretty blonde to some caves in the distance. He laid down the boy, and walked to the entrance to the cave, checking for his sister.
