Adam looked back constantly, making sure he wasn't losing Parker. He wasn't sure where the kidnappers were and as long as there was enough time to get themselves in the truck he didn't care. As he was running Adam dug in his pocket for his keys. After finding them he held them tightly in his hand. His heart was racing and his mind was blurred with all the craziness that was happening around them. He could still hear the sirens, but it seemed like it was taking ages for the police to arrive. Finally reach the truck, Adam jerked open the close door, the passenger one. He practically threw himself in and quickly made room for Parker to get in. As he waited, Adam swept his eyes toward the building to find out what the kidnappers had done.

Parker followed closely and looked back now and then. She climbed into the truck with him and slammed the door closed quickly, that only alerting the kidnappers, who had gone inside. They ran out the door and saw the two in the truck."Drive!" She whined as they man started to advance on the truck, reaching into his coat pocket.

Adam fumbled with the keys as he shoved them into the ignition. The fact that Parker was freaking out was not helping him keep his head straight. Starting the engine, Adam shifted into gear and slammed his foot to the accelerator. He quickly sped out of the parking lot of the building and drove as quickly as he could toward... Well he wasn't sure where, but he wasn't going to stop and try to figure something out.
