Light woke up, having been knocked out. Where was he? Looking around, he saw that he was sitting on a bed in a cell, his hands cuffed behind his back. Having a feeling he knew who was behind this, he grit his teeth. "Again?"

Miki frowned, having texted Light multiple times, but had gotten no answer. She knew she was just being paranoid, but Light should be off my now and he should call. She trotted down the street, going to her usual underground fight club.

Light growled under his breath, staring up at a camera. "What am I here for?" L, who was watching everything, pressed a button on the computer. "You could say that I'm testing an idea I had." Light sighed, leaning back against the wall. "Fine. How long?" "Until I make a decision about whether you are Kira or not."

Miki had been merely watching, but after a while, she decided she'd fight. The larger man glanced back. "I can't fight a lil' girl!" he said, but wheezed when Miki's fist was slammed into his stomach.

Light grit his teeth. At this rate, it'd be obvious that he was Kira since the killings would have stopped. "And how long will this take?" L shrugged, though Light couldn't see him. "...I don't know, really."

Miki had easily beaten the man, but when she still got no word from Light, she knew something was up. She trotted down the street, going into an abandon building and plunking down in a small spot, pulling out two pieces of paper, and a pen. She and Light had agreed if he couldn't write in the book, she'd write on the single sheet until he could. She scribbled down a few names before hiding the papers back in the bricks before pushing the large empty boxes back into place, and left.

Light groaned in irritation and boredom. What was there to do? He would go insane just sitting there, doing nothing. Of course, him and Miki had thought up a plan if something like this were to happen, but that didn't mean that sitting in a cell was going to make anything any easier.

Miki laid on her bed, sighing softly. "Where's Light...?" she groaned and rolled onto her back.

Light looked up at the camera. "Can I use my phone?" Without needing to get an answer, he already knew. "No."
