Cam nodded.
Jasper sighed. "Well, I'm a prince." He started. "And, when I was younger, mt Mommy and Daddy never let me out of the castle. So I grew up never knowing how to tell if some one was good or bad. I always read books, and I had a tutor who would teach me things. And one day, about five years ago, I wanted to go away from my home. So I snuck out, and disguised myself, so no one knew me. Then, I met Mommy. She was helping her little brother. So I went over, and said hi." He smiled at this. "And me and Mommy talked for a long time. And I told her stories like I do with you. But Mommy's family didn't have money, so Mommy had to take a piece of bread without giving any money. By this time, I had already really really liked her, but when she was brought to my Daddy, I had to pretend like I didn't know her. So, Mommy got in trouble, and had do be down in a dungeon. And I would go and see her. That's when me and Mommy realized we love each other. But we got caught one day, and one of the guards took Mommy, and was going to hurt her real bad. So I stood up for her, but the guard ignored me. Well, I didn't want Mommy to get hurt, so I pushed the guard down stairs, and he didn't get up." Jasper sighed. "So, me and Mommy had to run away. When we ran away, we came here, to Uncle Macky. But, with all that, I never learned who was good and who was bad. All I knew if anyone who knew my Daddy was bad. And I didn't know Howard knew my Daddy. So I trusted him." He finished.
