Jasper laughed, and mixed the pancakes.

Lucy looked around and stuck out her bottom lip. "Mommy?"

Jasper looked at her. "I think she's in the bathroom, baby." He said, but now doubted it. He didn't know where she was.

"Mooommmmyyyyyy," she whined.

Jasper sighed. "C'mon, baby, shh. You're gonna wake up uncle Macky." He said, bouncing her. He finished her pancake, and put her in her high chair, and gave it to her. "Is we don't see her before you finish that pancake, I'll go look, okay? She may not be feeling well."

Lucy frowned and bounced impatiently, but stopped whining.

Jasper sighed, and kissed her head. "C'mon, honey." He said, lifting her, and taking her to the living room. "I'm gonna look for Mommy." He said, and started looking around the house, not finding her. He sighed, getting Cam and setting him beside Lucy. "Will you guys be good for Uncle Macky?" He asked.

Lucy whimpered softly and nodded, knowing something was wrong. "Yes Daddy," she said quietly. She scooted closer to Cam and sniffled, wanting her Mommy.

Jasper sighed, and kissed Cam's head, then Lucy's, and hugged the both of them softly. "Love you guys." He said, and then walked out, taking a horse and following the road.

Cam looked at Lucy. "Why Daddy leave?"
