Evan looked into her eyes.

Lucy gazed back at him. Somehow she knew deep within her heart that she forgave him, even if it was hard. After all, she loved Evan more than life itself, so forgiveness came fairly easily. And it wasn't really his fault, was it? Lexa had forced herself upon him. With that thought, she leaned in and kissed him again softly.

Evan kisses her back a bit deeper, showing Howe how much he needed her.

Lucy wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer. She wanted to show him that even after the incident, she still loved him no matter what, even if it hurt. After all, they were married; for better or for worse, right?

Evan kissed back for another moment then he pulled his lips away. "You promise you aren't leaving me? I need you."

Lucy looked into his eyes as they pulled away. "I couldn't ever leave you," she promised him. "I love you too much. I'm upset, but I'm not leaving."
