Molly nodded in relief, her head dropping to his chest. "Good. I don't think I could stand being alone right now."

Alli went over the mental checklist in her mind for what felt like the thousandth time that day as they prepared to leave the kingdom. The kids were to stay in the castle while she and Cam travelled to another kingdom. "Okay, do we have our suitcases? Extra clothes?"

Charlie kissed her head. "Well, I'm here."

Cam looked at Alli. "Yeah, we got everything baby," he said, and kissed her.

Molly nodded. "Thank you," she murmured.

"Yeah but I just want to ma-" Alli was cut off as Cam's lips met hers, and she melted. She kissed him back for a moment before pulling away. "Okay, I believe you."

Charlie nodded. "No problem."

Cam smiled. "Come on, let's go say good bye to the kids."

Alli smiled and nodded. "Okay, let's go."

Charlie rubbed her arm, sighing when she did.

Cam nodded and walked to the kids. He said good bye to the boys first then he picked up Eli. He knew how much she hated when he left the last time.

Molly closed her eyes. "What's going to happen to us?"

Alli said goodbye to the boys first, letting Cam and Eli have space.

Eli whimpered and snuggled into him. "Do you have to go, Daddy?"

Cam nodded. "Yeah, I do," he said. "But I'll be back soon, and we'll call."
