Lizzie shook her head. "I'm okay. I ate earlier," she lied.

Cam sighed. "Okay. Well I'm gonna call Ali."

Lizzie nodded, relieved that he wouldn't force her to eat. "Okay." She shifted so that he could get up.

He kissed her cheek in a brotherly manner, then stepped out of her room. He called Alli.

Lizzie curled up with her pillow.

Alli picked up the phone. "Hey baby," she greeted. "How is she?"

"she's devastated. She won't even eat," he said.

Alli sighed and ran her fingers through her hair. "That's so horrible," she said quietly, full of sympathy for her sister-in-law. "It's really that bad?"

"She's so thin," he said. "It breaks my heart. Um... I told her I'll stay with her for a while."

Alli bit her lip. "Okay. Do you guys need anything? If she's really that thin, then she needs nutrients and sleep. Has she been sleeping, at least?"

[bibliophile;]

"I think she is. She just lays there so I guess she has to sleep eventually," he said. "Don't worry, I'll get her healthy again."
