Austin waited nervously.

Jasper walked into the hosptal with Cara.

Lizzie sighed slowly.

Jack carried Ryder inside and walked to the front desk. "Can you tell me what room Rory Thomas is in, please?"

Cara followed him.

"Yes sir, room 13," she said.

Jasper sighed, looking at her.

Jack nodded. "Thank you, ma'am." With that, he led Austin to room 13. When he got to the door, he paused. "Should we go in?"

Cara saw Jack and Austin and followed them. "Are you guys here for Rory and Lizzie, too?"

Austin looked at Cara. "Yeah, we are."

Cara nodded and ran her free hand through her hair. "Is this the room?" she asked, nodding towards the door.

Austin nodded. "Yeah," he said. He looked at Jack.

Jack exhaled slowly, then reached out and knocked on the door.

Lizzie lifted her head from Rory's. "I think they're here," she said softly. She slid from the table-like seat and let go of his hand, then walked to the door and opened it.

Rory pulled his knees up, waiting for everyone to come in.

Jasper looked at Lizzie.

Lizzie bit her lip. "Hey guys," she said quietly as she took in the scene. "Um...come on in." She opened the door wider, then returned to Rory's side.
