Jasper stood with Lizzie, waiting to walk her down the isle. "Oh, look at you," he said.

Lizzie stood in front of a mirror, fixing her hair nervously. She was terrified, but as long as Rory was there, she was sure that it would be alright. She swallowed and turned to face her father, smiling sheepishly. "Hi Dad."

He smiled and hugged her carefully. "You look beautiful, sweetheart," he said.

Lizzie smiled and wrapped her arms around him in a hug. "Thank you," she whispered. She was so nervous that she could hardly think straight. Yes, she was sure she wanted to get married, but it was nerve-wracking. Her entire family was there.

Jasper smiled, kissing her head. "It'll be okay," he promised. "I love you, baby girl."

"I love you too," Lizzie breathed, exhaling slowly. She pulled away from the hug and smiled at him nervously. "Were you this nervous when you married Mom? All nervous and excited and terrified at the same time?"
